I am and we have been shareholders in different B/D s too.

As Shareholders of CCL :NYSE /LSE  CUK :NYSE/LSE you bring anything up at the US and/or UK Annual Meetings.

As well you should being participating Shareholders your voices are needed to show them , Our Board of Directors, what WE all want, need, and expect.

It is not hard to mark our Boarding Numbers and Shareholder Account corresponding Numbers with cruises booked.

As an example any Carnival Line should have a Letter and/or Number: EG: Carnival and HAL.

C. 899-XXXX-XXX-XXXX

H. 888-XXXX-XXX-XXXX

Even two letter designations

Princess/ Cunard

Pr.877-XXXX-XXX-XXXX

CU-866-XXXX-XXX-XXXX

ETC>>

That way after you enter your Booking CODE (Numbers) , it is atatched to it.

If yuour seelling below the required Shares they can let you know your below the REQUIRED Min. Share amount(s)

It will save a l;ot of Money for you, Carnioval, and the other attached Cruise lines too. They already have the STAFF hired to do this..

Can you use this stock onboard credit in the casino and then cash out whatever you don't use for cash?

It says, specifically, in the Shareholder Benefit document (see attachment, above):

"This benefit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and, [sic] cannot be used for casino credits/charges and gratuities charged to your onboard account."

The management may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night!  😎

We have B2B cruises on Majestic Princess in November 13 nights and then 10 nights, does this mean we will only be entitled to £200 shareholders benefit? £100 for each cruise, or can we treat it as a 23 night cruise and get £250?

I believe I have read that that depends on whether it has one booking number or two booking numbers.

A B2B is 2 separate cruises and this is a Carnival board

Yes you can. I found this info on Cruise Critic a few months ago. I go to a slot machine. Put your S&S card in and fund the account. Spin a few times. Cash out. The money goes back onto the card. You then go to the casino desk and they give you the amount on the casino account. Have done this the last two cruises since I paid gratuities early on them.

The annual stockholder meeting just occured a couple of weeks ago.  I can't remember the exact date, but I received the email through my broker to vote my shares.

I expect that the offer will be extended.

I was able to transfer mine to a slot machine, play some, and cash it out.   I've done this the last few cruises.

it might be possible, there is a fee

There's no fee if you take your OBC from your S&S card & transfer to slot machine.  Play a little bit & then cash it out.  We used to transfer it to a machine & try to increase our winnings before cashing out, but we decided to cash it out after just using $10 of it.  What we cash out helps pay for taxi to airport & possible taxi home from our home airport.

I have read this same quotation on the Carnival & PLC Shareholder Benefit Request Form, but I have a question for those of you who have used your shareholder onboard credit onboard a Princess cruise.

When they say "gratuities", do they mean the gratuities for the cabin steward or only credits/charges and gratuities in the casino.

We are new to Princess and are CCL shareholders.  Some cruise lines do allow you to use the shareholder onboard credit for cabin steward gratuities, so I want to be very sure.  This is especially important since Princess will be increasing the daily gratuity charge from $13.50 P/P (for an inside, OV, and balcony cabin) to $14.50 P/P for all voyages departing on or after May 21, 2019 (this according to an email I received yesterday).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Our upcoming cruise on Sky Princess is shown on the site as a 14-day cruise (Feb. 1-15), and that's how we booked it -- or thought we did.  As it turns out, it splits in to two separate 7-day bookings.  I'm wondering, since Princess advertises it as a 14-day cruise, how it would be recognized for the benefit.  Will it be two 100 OBCs, or one 250 OBCs?
