Can someone also do a "test' email for AzamaraUpgrade@Azamara.com as well please.  It's the email address on the Upgrade Page when it says you not eligible for an upgrade (I'm trying to find out why).  It doesn't get delivered and says "Email Address not found). Yes I have got my reservation number correct and I copied and pasted from my online account.

I got 2 yesterday sorry I’ve deleted them, they are nothing more than repeats of previous emails. The frequency - several times a week- is getting really frustrating but dare not do anything 

Also got the LCV newsletter it’s changed a bit, more marketing than loyalty focussed. Much lighter weight than before.

I’ve just had an email from Azamara UK asking me about whether I’m getting emails from them. It notes that I appear to have opted out of receiving emails from them on 16 August and asks if I did so. That explains why the only emails I’ve received since than are the hurricane appeal email and a couple relating to my November cruise.

I replied saying that I have definitely not opted out.

Sounds as if there is some work going on in relation to emailing - let’s hope they find an answer to the problem many people are having getting marketing emails from Azamara.
