Belle Posted August 17, 2019 #4 Share Posted August 17, 2019 I read it on Dave's live review of the Zuiderdam that he's posting now. He's posting the programs each day and it says it right there $15 for lunch.

zelker Posted August 17, 2019 #6 Share Posted August 17, 2019 Just off Amsterdam Monday and yes, can confirm regular price (pre-Mariner discount) is $15 pp and worth every penny, in our opinion. In fact, we preferred lunch over PG's breakfast, dinner, and Sel de Mer. 😏
DaveOKC Posted August 18, 2019 #7 Share Posted August 18, 2019 Too bad they increased it from the $10 we paid earlier this year. A 50% increase is alot, but still worth it IMO ($10 was a great deal).

taxmantoo Posted August 18, 2019 #9 Share Posted August 18, 2019 Don't forget that it is also eligible for the 3-Star Mariner and 4-Star Mariner discounts of 25% and 50%. A wonderful place to have lunch on sea days.
highland cruiser Posted August 18, 2019 #10 Share Posted August 18, 2019 We also prefer the lunch to breakfast and dinner. A great break from the Lido. Be sure to book ahead. If fills up fast especially on sea days.

It had been $10 for a very long time. It’s still one thing I really enjoy and well worth it IMO 🙂
dfish Posted August 18, 2019 #12 Share Posted August 18, 2019 I just booked two lunches today @$15 each. The $5 increase is consistent with the amount (not percentage) that the other offerings were increased.

Belle Posted August 19, 2019 #16 Share Posted August 19, 2019 (edited) Yes it was nice when it was $10. Still good for$15. Is it still open only on sea days? Hope some port days too. Do you remember when Canaletto was Free? Then $10 now says $19. Edited August 19, 2019 by Belle

Actually, the only one I would characterize as "delicious." You, too, must have experienced the cold PG breakfasts. lol Strange cruise in the food department. Quite fun, though, nonetheless. Thumbs up to the filet in the PG for lunch...and the chocolate brownie dessert. 🤗

Click.Write.Post. Posted August 20, 2019 #22 Share Posted August 20, 2019 While I would prefer to pay the previous price of $10, I will still dine at the Pinnacle Grill for lunch. I have not had the experience of breakfast; however, I would continue to avoid dinner at the Pinnacle Grill. Here is a a link to my review of the Pinnacle Grill’s Lunch while aboard the ms Amsterdam last August. Looking back on my review, paying the now price of $30 for two people (not considering Mariner discounts) to experience that burger, chocolate brownie, and coffee again...I will happily do so. zelker Posted August 21, 2019 #25 Share Posted August 21, 2019 No, you can't book for lunch ahead of time - still has to be done onboard.
