MacMarauder Posted December 16, 2019 #101 Share Posted December 16, 2019 Thank you for the great pics! I just got off Oasis this morning. 😫 That's interesting they are still adding to the playground area, it was already a huge improvement over the old Oasis class setup.

Allure is going to Galveston. She will be pretty close to the same though as she’s not going until after her amplification.
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #104 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Looking beyond the water slides the pool deck has also been transformed. New hot tubs located on the deck 16 sun deck. New casitas on the deck 16 sundeck. The Lime and Coconut concept first introduced on Navigator has been brought over to Oasis. When I first saw saw this theme on Navigator it was truly transformational. On Oasis it is equally transformational but in a different way. On Navigator the Lime and Coconut area is condensed and you see the effect in one area. On Oasis the pool and sundeck decks are so much larger the effect is distributed across this larger area so you feel the impact of the Lime and Coconut theme around the whole deck but in more subtle ways compared to Navigator. Around the pool deck the new color palette can be found even in small details like the edge of the tables.

Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #106 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Still plenty of hot tubs around the pool deck. Naturally the cantilever infinity hot tubs remain and are as gorgeous as they have always been.
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #107 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Early morning or near sunset the pool and sundecks remains a great place to take it all in.
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #108 Share Posted December 19, 2019 The transformation is especially evident at night as the pool deck explodes into color. The pools are ringed with color changing lighting that continually rotates through the color spectrum. 2
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #109 Share Posted December 19, 2019 SplashAway Bay This appears to be a big hit with the kids. Where was this sort of thing when I was a kid? No diapers, swim diapers or not 100% potty trained. Swim vests are available near SplashAway Bay.
Rare bobmacliberty Posted December 19, 2019 #110 Share Posted December 19, 2019 Wow. Love the Lime & Coconut look, especially at night.
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #111 Share Posted December 19, 2019 The Baby Splash Zone area is located behind the main SplashAway Bay area. Swim diapers are allowed in this separate area.

Rare bobmacliberty Posted December 19, 2019 #115 Share Posted December 19, 2019 I like the new elevator panels (Noro question aside). They should program in an "anti-kids" button that would appear when some kid pushed all the buttons that would unselect all of the floors. 4

Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #118 Share Posted December 19, 2019 (edited) Windjammer. I can't forget about the Windjammer! Like all ships that have been amplified Oasis received the latest Windjammer decor and hand washing stations. lisa6191 Posted December 19, 2019 #119 Share Posted December 19, 2019 OK I have to ask, when are you taking these pics??? They are gorgeous, but it is crazy that so many of them have no people in them. Although I guess it should give me hope that there are at least some times that nobody is in the casitas, so maybe we'll be able to snag one one day...
Rare twangster Posted December 19, 2019 Author #120 Share Posted December 19, 2019 (edited) Honorable mention to the Rising Tide Bar. I can't remember if it always had high tops or not but it is otherwise unchanged including the water features that remain below it. I was on Harmony Inaugural sailing in 2016 and it wasn't working.

I didn't think there were water features under the Harmony or Symphony Rising Tide bar.

Maybe they didn't build it to work on Harmony and Symphony.
