Been long ago, and I think it was on the Allure, we got a "back stage" tour of the Aqua Theater. It was very interesting to see how all of that happens. Have never seen that particular tour offered after that one cruise. Wish that would be considered doing again. I do remember Ken Rush was the CD for that cruise. Have a great week! I'll be following. Thanks for following along. 7 minutes ago, shoegal24 said: Love this review!! We will be on the ship in the Fall. Have a wonderful cruise and thanks so much for taking the time to detail your review. Rooms will be open at 1pm. 2 quick questions, Portside BBQ lunch was covered on embarkation day with your UDP? Concierge in the Diamond Lounge, who is there and did they help with Reservations for the week for supper? Have a great week.

I did all my reservations at Chops. They booked my nights for the varies restaurants when I first boarded the ship.
MrFunInTheSun Posted February 17, 2020 Author #132 Share Posted February 17, 2020 Ugh. Piano guy in schooner bar just did a Lady Gaga song. So wrong, made me want to hurl. Thank goodness he then went to Hotel California. 1

3eaglesfam Posted February 17, 2020 #136 Share Posted February 17, 2020 Also in a CP end of April. If you can let us know how the pub singer is. One of my favorite things on my first few cruises and my last one was sitting in the pub and listening to the singers. Scottish singer last year on Anthem was amazing. MrFunInTheSun Posted February 17, 2020 Author #149 Share Posted February 17, 2020 Alright so let’s talk about last night... So today in theory I should be extremely hungover. However those “Cheers” pills must have worked. My drink count definitely surpassed the daily amount you need to drink to ensure you have your monies worth. Was really struggling if I was going to make to stay up past midnight to watch the balloons drop on the promenade at midnight. Trekked off to the Rising Tide bar which finally gained some additional passengers as it was completely empty at one point. Once the excitement of the balloons dropping ended I decided I wasn’t as tired as I once was earlier in the night. Feeling my extraordinary amount of mojito’s by this time of night I ended up in the casino. That wasn’t a good idea. 😀 Anyways I woke up the first time at 630, definitely could still feel I had a few drinks before but not a traditional hang over. Then dozed off and on until 9. Today we are at sea, a little choppy out here but not to bad. Our roll call isn’t as active as our December cruise but we do have a slot pull today followed by a bar hop. Other than that it’s a pretty low key day at sea.

It might be why they are now planning two sea days into the itinerary before San Juan. They had been going to Coco Cay first, but if Empress isn't sailing at fast enough speeds. We're on her a year from Friday.
