I've never seen two teams laugh at the team who had to vote out one of their members from last week when they showed up for tonight's challenge.  Smack talk that I've never seen before on Survival.🥺

I've got it on too, but didnt watch the episode earlier. Not sure who was voted out. The comments didnt make sense to me. Purple loses.

Was this the same place you went the last time you went to Nassau?  I remember the cool pics of the stuff underneath the water.

That was Clifton Heritage National Park.  Definitely one of our favorites places to snorkel in Nassau.

Where is Cable Beach, Debbie?   I'm glad you and Eric enjoyed it so much!  I also hope your warm sunny days continue for the rest of your cruise, and that you find mild, warm weather upon your return to Pa..😊

Cable beach is in Nassau.  Short taxi ride from Port.

There are a couple resorts in the area that sell day passes but taxi driver took us to a beach between 2 resorts where we could rent loungers for $20.   There was a decent outdoor bar with daily special of 3 drinks for $25.   Boy, they were strong drinks.

This whole tribe can go home. They are a mess.

I'll have to agree with you on that.  I told Jim that I had no opinion on the outcome of the vote tonight.  I think that's a first for me.🤔

Thank you.

We called at the Hall of remembrance room at the crematorium this afternoon to read my dad's memory.

All of the books are open at today's date.

Charlie managed to stand up from his sitting position on the couch, by himself!!!!

Hopefully, he will continue to improve.  He is having trouble moving his left leg, yet he fell on his right side.  I am just tired.

So sorry to hear about the continuing medical issues for Charlie. Don't forget to take time out to look after yourself if you can, I know easier said than done 😕

Thank you Dani.   Nothing wrong with your math, it is today.

I have a meeting tonight, for a government board I serve on, so we celebrated early on Saturday night.

It appears that Daryl is alive and well, and he appeared on the cards the grandkids made.

I think our granddaughter is excited about sailing on Utopia, because that was also on her card.

A nice cake.

and a nice meal, cooked by Susan.

I know I am several days behind, but I hope to catch up soon.

Happy Birthday Mark 🎂 🥳

Hello,  on our Nassau today.

Yesterday we docked at PC and went to Cocoa Beach at the Hilton.   Nice area with beach loungers, beach bar and tiki bar.

I guess I'm out of practice with day drinking.   Perfect Margaritas were very good but very strong.   Had a nice crabcake sandwich.   Hung out till 5 pm.

Food onboard has been good.   We skipped MDR last night and grabbed some snacks in WJ.    Around 11 pm we ordered Buffalo wings and cheesecake from room service.   Both were delicious.

Today we are headed to Cable Beach.

Weather has been partly sunny/cloudy.

My neighbor has been sending us kitty photos.  All good there.

Cabin on wrong side for sunrise photos....will get them on way back.  Ive been sleeping in till 6:30 or 7 am

Unfortunately with the prices the way are now it makes it hard for us since we already have 5 cruises booked now. If we can find room we will. After these next 5 we will have 130 points. Need to do something as we want to get to Diamond Plus.

I'll just be 15 points away from D+ after my summer cruise on Serenade. Looking to see if I can get it in one cruise but most seem to be around 09-14 nights

Home safe and sound. Bit of a mission getting home. We both got on the flights we tried for but flights were very full so we ended up seating separately in middle seats for both sin-dxb and dxb-lon sectors.

Went to see Dr about the fainting episode and upshot is he's scheduled me for further tests and in the meantime I've had to legally notify DVLA (car licensing authority) and can't drive until they tell me I can. Probably until after results of tests are in.  Big change as I'm so use to the freedom of driving 🚗

Been blessed with beautiful weather for our mini break.

Up early for  sunrise at the Lighthouse.  Photo’s aren’t spectacular but it was nice to have it to ourselves.74E0BD7E-0BA6-403F-BF0D-6634A967092E.thumb.jpeg.8c1f63d3cc5042d4e6a851a77501ebc5.jpeg

Hopefully your fainting was due to dehydration only.

For your safety and other road users and your car insurance it is best to refrain from driving until you get the all clear.

Wishing you all the best Sue.

Graham.

I saw a comment on the thread for releases of itinerary that they think cruises are on purpose less than 14 days. 14 days get $250 obc from owning stock and they do it on purpose to keep under 14 days, so many TAs and such were 12 or 13 days, not 14. The TA I booked is 13 days sure enough. Lol.

I feel like I'm in no man's land between D+ and pinnacle ... a too long stretch.
