My final pre-op sunrise is from a 2010 Blount inland cruise from Nashville to Chicago.  Floods cause great havoc that year and I don't know exactly where we were on May 13 but it was on the Cumberland, Tennessee, or Ohio river somewhere between Nashville and St. Louis.

Thanks for the excellent idea. I bet that is it. I've just sent it off to Ask Crystal. Hopefully they can get someone to (eventually) look into it. Besides Terry, Patty and me, Coral posted over on the River board that she had not gotten the email either.

I am very pleased to report that as of the end of April I have been receiving Crystal marketing email again! I don’t know what the solution was. I’ve been advised that anyone similarly afflicted should apply to marketing@crystalcruises.com.

Back home a few hours ago.  My May 15 sunrise is from a 2017 string of cruises.  On May 15 the Crystal Symphony was at sea from Cartagenia Colombia to Charleston SC:
