Yep specifically Swallows Grotto. We drove all the way up to Luoshao and stayed the night at Taroko Village where we got to try the indigenous food of the area. The millet beer was really nice 😋.

I used Google map  looking for the right shape of harbour and a circular building... yes it is use for festivals
