I think the answer is the same as what was posted in post 4 by @Iamcruzin yesterday when you asked the same thing.

but no one really knows.  We'll find out when we find out.  Since we are a week away from the end of the current No Sail Order, it would make sense that it might be very soon.

Does anyone remember Popeye?  Wimpy always wanted to borrow money for a hamburger and promised to pay you back the second tuesday after the third thursday or something.
