Rare crewsweeper Posted October 26, 2020 #6 Share Posted October 26, 2020 (edited) During those dates, everyone, WHO, CDC, China, Dems, Repubs, Drs. Fauci and Brix, et.al. didn't think it was as serious as it became. Guarantee that Jabkubitz Law stand to rake in a bundle as do a few arbs on Wall Street with borrowed shares. neverbeenhere Posted October 26, 2020 #11 Share Posted October 26, 2020 That would be because you were part of the defined class. In this case, the class is related to purchases made during a specific time period where the buyers supposedly relied on statements made by Royal that business was grrrreat! deliver42 Posted October 26, 2020 #15 Share Posted October 26, 2020 It had to happen. This is America. I doubt this law suit will get anywhere. The stock market is a gamble at best. You win some, and lose some. If you can't afford paper losses, stay out of the market 3

Yes, that is after a settlement has been approved. You then have the option of taking the settlement amount or opting to sue on your own.
BND Posted October 26, 2020 #18 Share Posted October 26, 2020 Yeah, because lawsuits concerning stockholders losing money stand a chance lol. It's a risk you take when you purchase stock. And, it's not securities fraud. They left out a little part about the CDC and not allowing sailings. This probably won't ever get to court, but of course what they want is a settlement which in no way should happen.
