Princess Login Issues

Hi Everyone,

       On past  cruises on the reposition cruise for the sail away from the Brooklyn Terminal , we gathered on the Lido deck near  Outrigger  Bar ( I think).It is fun when you go under the Verrazanno Bridge and lookup at the underside of the bridge. You feel like you are going to hit the bridge.

Been there, done that.  But that isn't the issue any more.  11 pages ago and Princess still has not publically acknowledged the issue on Facebook/Website/or any where else.  So x number of passengers have called and spoken to someone who says it's broken but have no fix it date.  What about the other thousands who keep trying?  

 

This pandemic has created extra time on "our" hands and society in general is looking for a quick fix (like yesterday).  

 

I understand that it is what it is, and it will be "fixed" whenever Princess gets it done.  But that does not alleviate the frustrations and anxieties with cruising getting started right around the corner.  I remain....annoyed.

Not for me ... my login worked til 10 minutes ago ... how long does Princess and their incompetent IT people plan to jerk us around?  Princess is not the only game around.

No mine is accurate, but I have had this happen in the past and it self corrected in a few days.  Maintenance is usually done on weekends. That is when I have had things disappear to return in a few days. 
 

Princess cruise passengers fb page has a post about this by members re: log in topic

I was so encouraged...so went to log in using Chrome.  Sent me to "missing information" form which I filled in (knowing better that I should not).

 

Hit register....and was sent back to register page.  NOTICE green wording Registration is successful.  Logging you in...

 

So silly of me to trust Princess.  

 

Sigh......I am usually a very positive person and am holding out hope that one of these times, I will be able to log in successfully.

But that does not help those of us who want to look at our account and do not have a current booking.

 

I hope Princess is paying the IT contractor with a fixed price for the work, not paying by the hour as they spend untold hours trying to fix what they broke.

Actually, we are paying for them to fix what they broke! 😕

No it doesn’t

 

However, , it has helped some in here.

Has anyone else had this happen? I tried internet explorer, and it didn't log me in, but what it did do was show my login email and password in the address bar when it tried to load. Luckily I do not use that password for any other site, but it's definitely a bit of a worry!

Over a week ago I got the message that I could "use this account for both Princess.com and the Medallion App."  Have not been able to login since. Tried Firefox and Safari and iPhone. Cleared cache, cookies, history, everything. Tried new password, old password, nothing works.

I guess it is a sad coincidence that they open up Alaska and you can't get into the website to book.

Try the phone. Princess or a travel agent will be happy to help you.
