Question About Woman's Jewelry Onboard the ships

Hi a few years ago my wife bought some earrings onboard Caribbean Princess.  She is looking to buy another pair but cannot remember the name of the jewelry.  Can anyone remember the different companies that would sell earrings onboard the ships?  Yes, this is a tall order and request.  She said there is not name on her earrings.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I would not deprive your wife of the fun and adventure of carefully going through all of the jewelry stores on board looking for her favorite earrings!  She can also go up to the various sales clerks in the stores asking if they carried the gorgeous earrings she is wearing and if they might have similar ones in inventory.

You are a spoilsport for trying to narrow it down.  She has to visit EVERY jewelry store on board for maximum fun!  Sit yourself down in a nice bar or watch a show/trivia contest while she explores on her treasure hunt.

Prior to Effy, wasn’t there a shop called Facets?
I never buy jewelry on vacation, but I think that was it.

if not, I blame my lack of memory on senioritis! 😁

I think you're right - it was Facets.

I like most of your post.  In our case, I would be on the quest with her.  Then celebrate together at our favorite bar.

It was Facets. If she can’t find the earrings she’s looking for on the ship, go with her to Diamonds International at one of the ports. They might be able to put something together that’s identical or very similar.

Facets is still the name of the jewelry store.  But before Princess gave free reign to EFFY, they carried multiple companies.  Macy's now carries lines that used to frequent Princess.  Good luck.  It might help to know which stones she is looking for.  Many items were specific to a particular company.

Hi I have bought jewlery on board before it became effy. Could it be Kay .I cannot remember the name of the other jewlery I have bought. But I was jewlery brand that was sold in the Us and in the Caribbean.  I remember seeing bill boards for the jewlery brand and is wasn't diamonds international. It was on the Caribbean island that has the casino close to the port.

Could you try calling princess to see if they remember what brands they carried. Also try facebook the on princess page.

Hope your wife finds what she is looking for.

They have a brand called Brighton  jewelry in the shops.  It’s my absolute favourite and I usually buy a piece because they don’t sell it in Canada

I second the recommendation to visit many jewelry stores on sea and shore.  And if she cannot find what she is looking for there, she should have free reign with an Internet search!  Enjoy, and keep the credit cards nearby.
