Live - Allure Simulation Cruise July 27, 2021🛳

Recommended Posts

It will be interesting to see how this is going to work.

  • Medical evacuation procedures.
  • Onboard and shoreside isolation and quarantine, as per the terms of the cruise ship operator’s Phase 2A agreements, of at least 5% of all passengers and non-essential crew.

It is one of the reasons I am interested in participating.

As a cruise geek it will be fascinating to see the simulation live and in person.

Will they have certain tests involve volunteer employees?  Will they ask guests to play these parts?  Time will tell.

So far all they have communicated is playing the role of unvaccinated.

I wonder if they will be doing antigen testing - we were on the Celebrity Edge for their first 3 sailings (weeks of 6/26/ 7/3 & 7/10) and all B2B passengers had to have the test the evening before debarking.

Not sure any actual testing will be done

Hope everyone has a ball!  What an opportunity for something unusual.  I would have loved to participate--got the invite(never signed up for anything anywhere, by the way) but just didn't have enough time to get everything together since it required flights. I am really interested--especially since we are supposed to be on Allure in September for b2b.

We do appear to get free access to the water park at Coco Cay.

Wave pool here we come

I'm just reading this thread now so excuse if already asked.  Since no beverage pkg can be purchased can you bring the usual 2 bottles of wine onboard?

Wasn't told no, so that's our plan.

I wonder if casino points will be retained and go towards the annual benefit, prime, etc.  Or if they will give out cruise certificates if someone gets enough points.

Don't see why not. Not much time to accumulate points, though.

From what I have heard points will be started on this cruise towards your annual benefit. In other words all levels will start at O up to masters.

I agree with you in regards to all of this. It would be very interesting to take part in it.
