How did they check vaccination certificates. What exactly did you need to show. Was it on the health questionnaire.  Thanks.

Yeah, I'd like to know more about the form on the app....did it allow you to input a photo of the vaccination card or did it just ask about the details: who did it, batch #s etc.  or do they verify all that at terminal.
