We re on Harmony and today was supposed to be a sea day. We are currently docked at Coco Cay alongside the Jewel, the Oasis is steaming directly towards us, and the Symphony is moored off our starboard side. Huh???

Yea,,, seems this post is spot on,   https://www.*****/cruise-port-tracker/caribbean/coco-cay-bahamas/

you can also go to the PTZ Nassau webcam and pull up the marine traffic map. A bit of scrolling will get you to Coco Cay. Oasis is now full stop about 100 yds off our bow port side.

A couple of hundred crew members coming off our ship (Harmony).  Transferring to Jewel.  Picking up their key cards for their cabin desk set up.  All filing along the pier in long lines with all their luggage.

Symphony is on forward side very close, probably going to do a transfer as well since she was taken out of service.

Oasis just beyond us on the port side, waiting to come in for perhaps her scheduled port day...or another transfer.

We are picking up crew from either Oasis or Symphony

Indeed desk set up with to check IDs and pick up envelopes with room keys to file onto Jewel.  Still seeing crew coming off our ship.  An officer down the hallway from us pulling luggage out into hallway as well.

Sooo do we have a week of "days at sea" now...but still have to fuel.  Or are we heading back?  😮

BTW, Solarium Bistro is closed all week for dinner, so it started getting weird yesterday. Crew seemed very disorganized when we boarded. GS had long lines all day and well into the evening.

Crew's morale?

From what we observed, most are still upbeat, but a bit disorganized. Feels like front facing crew are being shifted to different functions than they trained for.

I can understand the disorganization.

I can certainly understand why Solarium Bistro is closed for dinner.  We went there once on our December 12th sailing and I think we were the only ones in there (maybe one other party).  No point in keeping it open for not too many guests.

So which specialty restaurants are open this week?  Is Solarium open for breakfast and lunch?  Sabors open for lunch?

Not open at all this week. It has disappeared from the compass entirely. My guess is that next week will be more of the same. We just did back up MTD. Reservations for next week just in case. We got lucky and they were able to accommodate us in CK for the rest of this week.

We can’t afford to give you any of our crew from Oasis.  We are already short staffed.  Maybe you can lend us some of yours.
