Rare hllwdcruiser Posted February 24, 2022 #226 Share Posted February 24, 2022 If all goes well, I'm planning to do a live from on the Enchanted leaving Monday Feb 28th. Hopefully, all will be clarified on March 1st and I plan to share. 1
Level six Posted February 24, 2022 #227 Share Posted February 24, 2022 Well, we are on a March 5th sailing and just this morning I got an email that said masks are required in doors. I don't know.

Maybe that’s because as of that date everyone does have to wear a mask. Maybe they will update again on March 1st?

Maybe it just means that they are back to allowing cruisers to walk around without a mask?

So the current rules are masks are required. Who knows what it will be tomorrow? I think it shows that anyone getting on a Princess ship needs to accept whatever rules are in place each day. The rules have changed at times mid cruise since the restart. Edited February 24, 2022 by HaveDogWillTravel 4

The one time we were in the theater it was packed and around half that I could see were maskless. Never saw anyone challenged.

Sort of depends on where you look. The CDC Update, CruiseHealth and On Board Experience all have different wording. Check back March 1. 😀

On the second day of our December cruise we received a letter telling us that we had to wear a mask at all times beginning that day. On the first day there were people walking around without masks.

I’m not saying that I like wearing them but I have double masked since the beginning of the pandemic. I double masked when double masking wasn’t cool, lol. I hope that mask rules stay in place but if not I will just continue to be careful.

Very true. There are many people cruising today that should give a second though about any travel until the virus calms down.

The casino was PACKED every night!

Wish they could have gone to 3 days for rapid. Would have made things a lot easier. Did they mention what venues masks might still be required in? Rare FlaMariner Posted February 24, 2022 #249 Share Posted February 24, 2022 I'm thinking thru the "masks in certain areas" and wondering...... ...is that there as a "catch all" in case they want to implement masks indoors again? I'm trying to figure out how we leave our cabin without our mask and venture to another venue and then there is a sign that says "this area requires a mask" and my mask is back in my cabin.... (Again, thinking that's just a CYA notation, if needed but doubtful it will be needed) What says the wise peeps on here?

Might be in one place not needing one then decide to go to a show or something that does. Rather not have to go back to the cabin for one.
