Feather allergy for spouse, diet non cola soft drinks, and C-PAP distilled water. May I ask what number you use for messaging? Is it just their regular guest services phone number? I would rather message our requests instead of calling, even though their agents are usually very quick to answer. Also, does anyone know an email address for guest services? Thanks for any info. Rare ORV Posted February 3, 2023 #52 Share Posted February 3, 2023 I always request that the Captain, CD, General Manager and Oceania Ambassador meet me at the dock with a litter to transport me inside. In tropical areas I request that they have 4 people from the entertainment team fan me with palm fronds. Oddly enough my requests haven't been honored yet. I keep trying. 3

We also have a serious allergy situation, so we need to use this form anyway. Then we add in any other special requests. We feel better that it all arrives in written form. We don't have any special needs, so I would feel strange just asking for something for the room. That works out well for you, though.🙂

I don't know if the various cruise lines "post" their special needs forms, or one needs to inquire. Each cruiseline has a special needs department, under some title or another, such as: 2 hours ago, schmerl said: SpecialServices@oceaniacruises.com Once we have forms filled out for a cruise line, we often just submit the same form over and over, with any updates noted. (There often are no updates; the form is often a reminder, especially about the allergy/medical situation.) GC

muggo11 Posted February 22, 2023 #64 Share Posted February 22, 2023 I apologize if this has been asked and answered. . . What time are the shows. . . Trying to set my dining times. We generally prefer cocktails, the early show followed by later dining and then, for me, the casino! Appreciate any insights.
