I got it too…not only don’t I have a cruise booked, but when I looked at my past cruises they’re all gone. Since I’m an Emerald level (almost a Diamond) I’d better rack up a bunch of cruises fast to make sure I keep those points!

Just got the same email and we don't leave for 10 days. Tried logging on the the website and the app and both are not working.

I got the message also. I was able to login but it doesn’t show my cruise that leaves on 2/11. There is also a notice that they can’t show me my Crown status and they are sorry for the inconvenience 🤯🤐

Damn, we are feeling left out -- nothing in email, on the app, or text message.   Guess we will have to wait until we are onboard Harmony on 2/18 to complete the muster drill.

I sent notification back that I was unable to make a ship today.  Got a response back that under those circumstances, I could redeem my Diamond vouchers in my own home.. 🥂🍹 😉

My daughter got it, but I didn't. We're booked on a cruise in July that currently isn't showing up online anymore, and I can't get into the planner for it.

 I wonder if this was one big fake SMS scan validating people's phone numbers for future messages with links to click on to plant malware on their phones.  

 

 I did not receive one but the responses people are reporting seems suspicious to me.

There are no exit diagrams on our doors and no crew members by the stair to direct us to muster stations.  Perplexing😉

Yep.  Received this morning about an hour ago. Cruise is in November - checkin hasn't even started yet.
