Lost mine in the pool for a couple of hours once.  It slipped out of my swim trunks.

You will never find my medallion in the pool. I have never actually even been in a pool on a ship. My wife loves the aft pool on the Grand class of ships but I've never asked how she "keeps it" when using the pool. (She does have a holder with a clip so perhaps she clips it to her suit although she may well just leave it with her book and towel on the lounger.)

I also just keep mine in my pocket instead of using one of their holders.  Never lost one in the pool though

Yep I use rubber (ish?) princess wristband.  Worn it in the pool, ocean....never had a problem.

Well, you can only swim with the medallion if you could swim before you got the medallion.  Otherwise, with or without the medallion you will sink!

I found one when snorkeling off the rocks at Princess Cays.   Was about 6 feet deep.

Let's try this again.  Thar 30 some lines of code is a picture of the medallion.  The color got bleached out of my custom medallion.

I forgot to take mine off when I went swimming one time, and it still worked. I always try to remember to take it off to be safe, though.

Door unlocked when DW was 4 doors away from cabin.  Door recognized me and would hang in "authorizing" for up to a minute, even when touched to the pad.  Didn't even try ordering anything this trip - last trip it would always say it didn't recognize my location and with the new charge for ordering wasn't worth the time.  Saw very few food deliveries from the grill, either.

Yup, they survive a lot better than my phone did that one time in the hot tub. 🙄

I know you didn't ask me, but this is what we used: we didn't take it off in the pool or ocean or the shower. Took it off for the night, though.
