Not sure if it’s the same Arthur you’re talking about but heard today he will be joining Meraviglia 2/4 to replace George. Hugh still YC Director.

I think there can be only one Arthur 😊

He was our waiter when we first sailed about 5-6 years ago on Divina, and then later again in Seaside.  Hope to catch up with him one day soon.

Pepe is a marvelous YC Director - he is everywhere at once!  Coming back from an excursion we even saw him out directing all the incoming tour buses (not YC specific) to park since no one else had stepped up and it was a mess

Really enjoyed Mehmet as Maitre D’ recently on Divina. He also manages to be everywhere and do everything. I believe he will go on vacation before the April crossing though he may stay on and do the crossing.

Thank you for this info. We only sail YC and have had the same Maitre’D’s on most of the cruises we did, Luis (3), Raphael (3) and George (2). Will be sailing 2/11 and heard we will have Arthur. Glad to hear he is fabulous, thanks.

I’m looking forward to seeing him as Maitre D’ one day as we have only had him as a waiter (quite a few years ago). Always with a smile, and everyone would ask to be in his section.  He was very diplomatic in suggesting what not to order!

We had Arthur's as waiter on Divinia back in 2016.

He was Maitre D on Divinia late 2021.  Also had the fabulous Kulnal as waiter.  What an outstanding combo.

Don't recall if we ever saw him on one our Seaside sailings but never on Mera.

Arthur was an outstanding Asst Maitre D when we sailed B2B on Merav in 2020.

He was then going to the Med? yes? Or did he go to one of the newer Sea___ ships in recent past?

We've had outstanding YC staff and crew with only2 exception--a grumpy M'D and a grumpy Som. The Grumpy M'D was on a B2B2B2B and so we got a better one after first week or so...And the grumpy Som warmed up once he realized we were going to be there awhile (ha) and we knew a little something and would use his talents

Looking fwd to our saiings. Less than 30 days. Yay

Hopefully someone sailing with Arthur this cruise can let us know how long he’ll be on. We’re on 4/7 and hope he’s still around!

Giuseppe Terminiello is the best. He was YC director on Meraviglia when we were on in September '23.  I'm so excited to think he may be on Divina. We sail 3/24 - 4/7/24 on Divina.

We are sailing on Divina tomorrow and have been told that Guiseppe "Pepe" is the YC Director by someone who was just on Divina a week or so ago.

They will both be on until at least 7 April when we sail Divina again. They told us this when we were on Divina in December. (Of course, plans could always change but we're hoping to enjoy their hospitality once again.)

OMG. Have just met the fabulous Arthur. He couldn’t do enough for us and so thrilled he’ll be with us on our two April cruises. What a treat he is.

This will be such a great improvement. So excited. Thank you!

Melania is YC Director.  She was great.

Thank you. The previous YC director was not on his game. But I think he was at the end of his contract 🤷🏼‍♀️
