President webinar 30 power up points not received

My husband and I watched the webinar that was over an hour with Laura answering questions,

Our power up points were supposed to be posted by October 14th. They were not. I called October 15th and was on

the phone with a very nice rep in the captains club department. He knew nothing about the webinar. He had me on the phone 

for about 35 minutes. First he was checking to see if my points were posted which they weren’t. Then he checked and couldn’t even find

any info that we did the webinar. He said he was sending an email to his supervisors and he’d email me when he gets a response. I hope I hear back from him. I did take a screenshot when the survey ended in case I needed proof. No email was received when I finished it which didn’t make sense. Has anyone received their points?

The points will not be posted until November 14.  The webinar was available for viewing into October and the points for a PUP activity are awarded the following month

 Look for your 3 point late afternoon on 11/14.

Same but it happened on the previous questionnaire with no points

I was trying to check and since their last update I can't see a record of my CC that include the power up. 

 

I looked up my invite and find the following -  Bottom line says will be awarded by November 14, 2023

The points are not due until November 14

Let's not be harsh on the OP! 

She is relatively new to Cruise Critic and this may have been her first try for PUPs.

If only she'd found the PUP thread here and posted her worry about not getting her PUPs after watching the webinar, she would have saved herself stress and 35 minutes of her time!

Hello @debant and welcome back to the message board! I see it has been a while since you have posted.

It is a very large thread with over 7,000 posts in over 300 pages. Other topics are discussed in the thread, but it is mostly about the various PUP activities. Next time you receive a Celebrity email about their latest PUP activity, go to the last few pages and check in with the others there as we "cuss & discuss" the activity.
