Reflection Balcony for 4

We have a balcony cabin on the reflection. There are 4 of us, parents and 16 and 19 yo sons. Our Cabin says it has a single sofa bed. Has anyone had one of these. How does it work with 4 people? Is there a trundle or do they bring a roller bed? Does anyone have a picture with it set up for 4? Any guidance would be appreciated. Our TA isn’t sure and I do not find phone reps to always be accurate about onboard info so I have not tried calling them.

Which one?  The deck plan legend should show the type of bed (shouldn't be a roller).

If it a sofa bed with trundle then there will be absolutely no floor space for what is virtually 4 adults and you will be climbing over each other  Also makes a difference as to whether bed is by bath or balcony . Drop down bunk beds give you more space

@spammie posted this from E Class yesterday.

trundle.jpg

That’s a E class cabin, which is different than the verandas in the Reflection.  The interior space in the picture with the 2 chairs and small table does not exist on the Reflection.

Looks like the Reflection has only the single sofa bed/upper bed combo.  No double sofa beds.  You can check out the deck plan to confirm.

(Also, thoughts and prayers to having 4 adults/near-adults in one cabin 🙃)

The deck plan has the square, (and only the square)  single sofa bed. It makes no mention of bed type for the 4th berth)

That's going to be cozy, for reasons noted in pic above.  I'd see if you can trade for one that includes an upper berth along with a sofa bed.

Room 8128. Thanks for the prayers! We can always use them with this bunch, small rooms or not. It’s only 3 nights, it was a great deal and perfect timing for fall break so we grabbed it. We actually have 2 rooms, grandma and 2 girls in one. We could put dad and the boys in one and mom could share with grandma and the girls, (8 & 13 yo)

We asked about a trade, they said we can’t without penalty. Oh well, 3 nights it will be an adventure.

You can also have the boys shower with dad in the locker rooms if you need a little privacy or space.

A request to swap between cabins on the same class, if one is available, isn't normally known to incur any penalty.

How did you come by this cabin?

Let the boys sleep outside on the loungers in the Solarium or any open deck.  People do it during the day time why not at night?

Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅

Because it's not allowed. There are signs posted.

the upper bunk will likely stay open.. A recent review ( not sure which ship)  had two adults..sisters alternating spots on the top bunk and their mom in the regular bed.

They managed but space looked tight.

4 adults in one cabin with 1 bathroom?  Long 3 days. Have the guys shower in the gym

the gym may be getting crowded with folk using the showers there as cabin over load

so your agent booked you in a room without an upper berth?? The sofa bed is single. Only room for 3 in the cabin

No upper birth but it is a 4 person cabin, we are thinking it has a trundle bed.
