My sister and I sailed on Liberty out of Galveston 4 or 5 times. We love this ship. Great crew, good food and fun times. She is not the newest ship, so she is not in perfect shape, but she was still beautiful and in really good shape and the crew was always working on something and cleaning away. Glad to hear she and her crew are still doing a great job. Thanks for the review. I might have to look for another cruise on her.

1) I have heard of an exception, but you can always call and try. 2) Drink Coupons start at diamond level, but check your Platinum perks for drink discounts. Use the other persons as well. 3) 1 bottle per person is the new rule, so you each can bring one even if you drink it all. We bring a small wine bottle opener in our check in for our room, ask for wine glasses at a bar or from room steward and take wine to dinner. Good luck, prices are crazy.

On Freedom in June and water park is running between $160.99 and $169.99. I don’t usually pay for any extra’s, but going with family and my niece has purchased a water park cabana and there are 8 to 10 of us, so to be together, 2 of us have purchased just the water park tickets and hope we will be able to be somewhat near them. I also am hoping we can catch a sale.

@HBCcruiser, Glad you made it on board. Sorry to hear about your missing luggage. Do you have a message on your cabin phone stating they are holding it down on deck 2 for some reason. That happen to my sister. She had to go down and open it for them. Can’t remember what they saw, but it was nothing bad and they let her close it up and take it to her room.

Sounds like you might have already booked, but if not, research the ships as there are differences. Size, restaurants, things to do, itineraries, class of ship (fewer bells and whistles as the ships get older). I am not saying there is anything wrong with any of them or you won’t have a great time. I like all classes and have had a great time on each cruise I have gone on. Have a great cruise.

@Awjeez317 Enjoying your review. I sail on Radiance in 19 days, so I am getting my pre cruise fix from reviews. I saw you like ginger beer. Have you ever tried tequila, lime and Ginger beer. One of my favorites. But I like extra lime in mine, so I always need to ask for several extra lime pieces. Enjoy your cruise!

Haven’t heard from every one yet about our Freedom inside cabin bookings, but for those that responded our increase is $12.16 each. I presume the rest will have the same increase as we are all in the same room type category.

8 of us are going on a Freedom 4 night cruise June 2024 Bahamas cruise, both Coco Cay and Nassau are on the itinerary. Ouch! Thanks @Ourusualbeach for the heads up.

Thank you. I have only sailed out of Bayonne 1 time and they were at that time, but that was over a year ago.

Agree, we are waiting to find out our checkin time before we make a final decision, but wanted to put it out there.

The Hampton Inn and Suites was offering rides @ $17 or $17.50 to the port when we last talked to them as well if you are interested, but I would double check price as it has been a few months since I talked to them.

I let Royal know my preference ahead of time for each cruise and have never had an issue, but I would just ask if I got on board and there was.

Mine show up soon after booking, but the info within them does not show up until I get on board ship. Due to helpful comments here on CC, I have learned how to pull up and check for info on a current sailing of the same ship and itinerary.

Agree the beef tenderloin has always been really good, but I have given up on the Caesar salad, it’s been soggy the last 2 times I have gotten it and no taste. Others have commented on the soggy as well. Enjoying your posts.
