    That does not sound good. We are doing our best to get to 10. Any changes to loyalty should be positive ones not clawing back.

    Yes a number of cruise lines are cancelling Morocco. No idea if something else can be substituted, will probably be a sea day. No need to sail into any port that may pose any kind of threat. Of course that could eliminate so many locations that cruising may become just that.

    Morocco stands out for me since we are due to be there, Casablanca, in three weeks.

    In Casablanca it is an everything market, large but not as large as in Cairo or Istanbul.

    Good to see you Feta.. We will be on the Marina, TA, in November. In Morocco, Casablanca, we have a 4 hour ships tour, which includes the market. We have been to Casablanca before and loved it, especially the market. Now with what is going on in the world, I am somewhat more nervous, especially the market. Hey, hope to see you on another O cruise. We only do O now.

    we got an offer to bid on the top 4 cabins, owners suite etc. anyone have any experience with this and can advise how to proceed?

    It's not the distance from Morocco to Israel that's important , but Morocco to the nearest possible supporter, turkey? North Africa? But then there is unrest in much of Europe as well. O in their wisdom I'm sure will do what is necessary to keep passengers safe.

    O may cancel the port. But if not, would anyone hesitate doing a ships tour in Casablanca...including the market? There are state department warnings but nothing specific yet. We have been before and would very much like to stop again. Will see what everyone says.

    We will be in London, Heathrow. Any advice how to get to Southampton, bus, train, private car? Will stay two nights, then Uber to pier. Any advice is appreciated.

    Any thoughts of changes for stopping in Morocco?

    Turkey may also become prohibitive.

    Yup cruiselines probably do have a whole dept to figure out how to save and where to cut to improve revenue.

    They can go much slower to the next port, thus saving fuel. And if staying in port less hours costs the cruise line less, BINGO !

    Very hard to prove that shortened port times are a cost cutting measure, but I can't see it as anything else.

    Yes we were able to save a couple of grand for both segments, Alaska and Pacific coastal. Amazing price.
