  1. @MJSailors According to another post not too far previous from yours -the Hawaiian ambassadors are Rowena and Brian
  2. @meast1984 check out YouTube, To see if you can find your exact cabin number. Here is a sample of cabin C333 on the sky princess .This is the sofa made to a bed
  3. Salty dog grill on Sky Princess on deck 16 Lido by Slice ( pizza)is still included in the basic/ standard cruise fare. The menu is three kinds of burgers including a veggie burger, street tacos, two kinds of french fries, two kinds of hot dogs, a grilled chicken sandwich and a North Carolina barbecue sandwich
  4. No need to park to be picked up or dropped off unless being picked up and your ride is there, but you aren’t outside yet, they may ask driver to move on. Signs are pretty good to drop off. Yes, drive right to curb for pick up/ drop off. World cruise terminal or 100 Swinford Street,, San Pedro for directions. i have left on many cruises from S.P.
  5. As long as Princess still offers it, In my opinion go or try it. It is still included in your cruise fare. You can go anytime that it’s posted .you do not have to go for the entire length of time .let’s say it starts at 3pm and goes to 4 PM .you can show up at 3:45pm ,you can show up at 3 pm,etc. it’s honestly a very quick process or you can stay & linger . So in my opinion I would say it’s not out of fashion because Princess is still offering it. It’s not British high tea or authentic though, but it’s fun to go if you’ve never been or every once in a while .
  6. For the moment it is still going on. It is for :full suite,Platinum, and Elite passengers.
  7. @Albinroo check the family cruisers section, you might get more answers. From what I have read -definitely 2 year olds can not attend the program of being dropped off, it is for 3 years olds as minimum age and potty trained. I seem to have read yes you can take your under 3 year old child and use the facility with them, but maybe it changed? I know this doesn’t apply to the author ,but I do not believe parents are allowed to stay with their 3 +year old children in the camp Discovery room unless there’s space available. They don’t encourage or allow it. But if your child is under that age,it seems to be allowed . i just found this information under princess.com under the tab families . On Princess Cruises website Kids Cruise Activities — Ages 6 Months - 2 Years Making Our Youngest Voyagers Feel Right at Home Princess welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers to the world of cruising with services and amenities that make life easier for their families as well. These young guests are welcome in Camp Discovery when accompanied by a parent. Mini-Suites and Full Suites offer full-sized bath tubs, and wash bins for showers are available. Staterooms with balconies are perfect for naptime. You can request high chairs, booster seats and cribs. We also provide complimentary jarred baby food. And fresh, pureed foods (fruits, veggies and rice) are available in the main dining room, specialty restaurants, and Horizon Court or World Fresh Marketplace.

  10. Does the 1-800 Princess number (1-800-774-6237)work in Germany? Keep trying whatever number you have, hopefully you will get a competent representative one of these times.(+49 (0)8951703450 or email- info@princesscruises.de Do you have a travel agent that you booked the cruise that can help you?

  14. Sorry for the font size. .I try to make it smaller when I copy and paste and it just never works very well. This is directly taken from princess.com under frequently asked questions and then you have to scroll to Australia cruise tours. I am assuming on the land portion of your tour a wheeled backpack would be great that’s what we used for Alaska land tour. FAQ for Princess cruise tours All Princess cruisetours include our hassle-free luggage handling service every step of the way. During the land portion or your vacation, your luggage will be transported via motorcoach or by truck and delivered to your hotel room. Please check with your airline carrier for luggage allowance/restrictions and guidelines prior to departure. Follow these important luggage reminders: Essential medicines, travel documents, valuables and breakables should be hand carried in your possession at all times. Princess will make every effort to assist you in safeguarding your belongings. But remember, you are responsible for your things at all times. Princess is not responsible for money, jewelry, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other articles you retain in your personal control. All luggage should have a sturdy personal identification tag that will not be lost or damaged in the course of typical airport and trucked luggage handling. On journeys including air travel, luggage will be subject to a considerable amount of handling and we would recommend that your luggage be of sturdy construction. Princess recommends that your travel protection is adequate enough to cover any possible loss or damage which may occur. Any loss or damage caused by Princess or an airline must be reported immediately to the responsible party. For domestic Qantas flights within Australia, you are allowed to check one piece of luggage per person, not to exceed 50 lbs per bag. One piece of carry-on baggage is allowed, not to exceed 15 lbs. If you have more than one checked bag you will be required to pay a $40 (AUD) excess baggage fee per additional bag for each domestic flight segment. If you have more than 50 pounds, a heavy surcharge of $30 AUD fee will be assessed. Please note: baggage fees are subject to change by the airlines at any time. These prices are accurate as of 2013. Luggage needed during Land Tour Pack one bag per person to travel with you on the land portion of your vacation. This piece of luggage should include items you might need at your hotel after check-in but do not need access to during the day. The bell staff will deliver the luggage from the motorcoach to your room and vice versa. Your tour director will give you instructions on where to place your luggage. This bag will be transported separately from you and will not be accessible during transit. Luggage not needed during Land Tour You will be allowed to stow one suitcase per person in Sydney while you are on the land portion of your vacation that will be reunited with you in Sydney when you return. This bag should contain items you may need on your cruise but will not need on your land tour, such as formal wear, dress shoes, or dinner jackets. On the land portion of your cruisetour, the dress code is always casual so there is no need for any formal wear. Hand-Carry Tote/Backpack You'll want this bag with you every step of the way, so include only the essentials. Items to pack in this bag include travel documents, photo ID, important medication, toiletries, camera, insect repellent, and any extra layers of clothing such as jackets or hats. Your hand-carry tote bag should be a size that is comfortable to carry and should be able to be stowed under your seat. We recommend soft-sided tote bags or backpacks no larger than 17" x 14" x 4" with a zip enclosure. Wheeled carry on cases that are used to carry-on luggage on airlines are too large and are not suitable as hand-carried luggage on motorcoaches in Australia. Service Transportation

  17. @Knickearth here is what the princess website says .sometimes the website is behind the times ,but I believe this is what’s happening currently .... sorry about the large text I tried to correct it and I can’t seem to do that when pasting ,cutting, & copying. Guests agree not to bring alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages on board for consumption or for any other use except as follows: For Guests of legal drinking age, an allowance of one (1) bottle of wine or champagne (750 mL in volume or less) per Guest per Voyage may be presented to security during embarkation. A US $20.00 corkage fee will be charged should Guests wish to consumer their wine or champagne in the ship’s public areas. A US $20.00 corkage fee (which is subject to change without notice) will apply to each additional bottle (750 mL in volume or less) beyond the one-bottle per Guest per Voyage allowance. Limitations apply, and wine brought in quantities deemed to be excessive by the vessel or security will be refused. Guests are also prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages on board that are packaged in bottles. A small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, juice, milk) packaged in cans or cartons may be brought on board on embarkation day, only if carried on in Guests’ hand luggage (not in checked luggage). A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less per person. Guests will be asked to discard open beverages in plastic containers prior to boarding.
