  1. One is the Black Friday code and the other is All Included second person 75% off. I think the BF code just got you some extra OBC.
  2. It wasn't called Murano but did serve the same menu. They were spectacular restaurants on the M class ships decorated with items from some of the classic ocean liners.
  3. Yes you understand correctly. You will each be able to create a login which will be able to be used on one device at a time. If you login to a second device it will ask you if you want to kick the other one off.
  4. You should be able to get the difference refunded. There is no penalty until the actual final payment date passes.
  5. I don't see anything here which indicates a "pay to upgrade now". This looks like one I received a couple of months ago where they just offered a "promo" where they lowered the starting bid amount. I'm surprised you were offered to bid from I suspect a veranda all the way up to a RS. Edit: I just saw your text about buttons. I think the upgrade button is just where you go to make a "bid to upgrade".
  6. Not when the sailing is that far away. They seem to be using GTY as a way to hold up pricing. This allow them to offer a bit lower price but not degrade the regular pricing for pick your cabin.
  7. Never heard of them doing an Upgrade now offer as part of MoveUp. Any chance you could post the email here?
  8. I was surprised to see that last year and this year are tied at 79 although we haven't done the 10 Night Summit yet this year. 2022 8 79 Constellation 3 32 Equinox 2 19 Reflection 1 7 Summit 2 21 2023 7 79 Constellation 3 38 Equinox 2 19 Infinity 1 12 Summit 1 10
  9. Spent 38 days in April/May on Constellation eating in the MDR. Staff on Constellation was wonderful. The food was very good to excellent. Have never eaten in the buffet for dinner before but there were several nights where the food there enticed me to that venue. The Executive Chef was certainly managing his food budget well.
  10. "M" Class ships the access to the helipad is through a door on the forward part of the theater balcony on deck 5 next to the stage. So the meeting point on the invite is the theater.
  11. Yes it was introduced fleet wide at the very end of May.
  12. I would book any excursions now and cancel/rebook if you see a lower price. They often manipulate the prices to make promos look good when they aren't. We have seen excursion prices rise dramatically lately.
  13. Possibly on new build ships but I doubt it since there is a special tool required to open them. Wouldn't do you much good in an emergency. Most cabins on M class don't open. Only exceptions are new cabins installed around 2012. I believe most of these are on deck 11.
  14. I would push when cancelling to get them to apply the balance of your deposit to the other reservation or escalate the FCC for immediate processing. If they won't do that ask that they delay final payment on your next cruise so you can use the FCC. There shouldn't be any reason the money they already have can't be applied in a timely fashion.
  15. We have friends onboard and they emailed last night that there was a large noise then water started streaming into the Sky Lounge from above. I suspect your closures are related to whatever happened there.
  16. My final payment date was fairly arbitrary and maybe too far out. I just meant that at some point in time Celebrity has to be able to sell the empty cabin if someone/anyone is willing to pay for it. We probably don't completely agree on the subject but I believe we certainly do on this particular instance.
  17. I don't know your TA. They can sell an accessible cabin but "should" only do it to someone who qualifies.
  18. I've not seen that case mentioned. After final payment all bets are off and Celebrity is going to sell the remaining inventory to whomever they can. If you need an accessible cabin you surely should be booking before final payment. This is the case of any limited cabin class, it's not guaranteed to be available as a last minute booking. In the case you quoted it was assigned as a MoveUp upgrade obviously after final payment. The other case you mentioned was "My TA said “look I have accessible cabins available on 1/2/25”". You TA has visibility to all available cabins. It was them not Celebrity who was claiming it was available to you. I'm very sure if you searched for the category on the Celebrity site without the "accessible" check box checked you wouldn't have been offered an accessible cabin.
  19. I think the lunch one is the best quality. I agree that at times they serve the small thinner one when requested adhoc.
  20. I believe you said you did a MoveUP. In that case it was very close to sailing and the cabin had not been sold so yes they generated additional revenue by letting you upgrade to it. They do the same with Suite GTY where it is not uncommon to be assigned an accessible suite.
  21. The speed is capped to about 5 mb but the latency is so much lower than the old system. We streamed in South America, Transatlantic, and Europe with no buffering.
  22. I would not find it acceptable to book an accessible cabin unless the Celebrity booking site shows it as a bookable cabin without selecting the option to show accessible cabins. At that time they are offering it to the general public for booking, theoretically after final payment and when other inventory in the category is very low.
  23. Sorry booking number = reservation number. It looks like IT may have changed the system to not display these. That doesn't seem like an improvement to me or as we used to say bug not a feature.
  24. The best place to look is on your Celebrity Guest Invoice. If there is a line item called All Included or All Included is listed in the promotions section then there is nothing to worry about.
