started with LLP.. purely a Royal C person.. who brought us the Hoppen decor, Edenists and Goop.. The Orig Celebrity no longer exists other than in our memories and old photo albums. I agree E Class is cutting EDGE..so thankful for that! But it is a diff era!

sad.. but glad we will get a key card On Reflection, the Relax Rm was supposed to be for AQ Class only OR spa clients...So many others would sneak in that spa staff gave up. These folks were not quiet, brought in drink..and used it as their pvt lounge! Only so much can can be done!

ones we saw on Royal are the undershirt ones..we used to play a game to see how many we'd spot in the buffet on boarding day. hairy armpits are not a good look, esp around food!

What happens if engineers are not on board to fix these cabins, Our ear plugs arrived today....hope they will not be needed on ASCENT other than in the theater or around the pool which a few posts say has very loud music!

someone should start a sep thread for ASCENT mdr dining.. glad they are going back to res.. Makes more sense, but we are in AQ / BLU

Is there a sep hallway to access the very small locker rm and showers? If not, how do they prevent non thermal suite guests from using the thermal suite rooms and heated loungers? Seems there should be a sep entrance/ exit but I can't recall the layout on EDGE or BEYOND..I assume ASCENT is the same. will miss rowers in the gym!

great review..very helpful..we board Jan 28th Celeb does not get high marks for disembarking. We have no plane to catch so we may try our luck putting luggage outside the door.. ..and hoping it does not get lost. We will do our best to avoid loud music as we prefer a quiet spa atmosphere. We will use our AQ class perk for the thermal suites a few times and try early am in the Solarium.. We usually leave when it gets crowded. We are staying on board in San Juan so will swim early at the outdoor pool. Shows sound great and looking forward to some Specialty Dining. Our excitement is building !

we are doing Nevis for first time..with lunch..sounds very nice! hope calm water???

overall great food review.. We enjoy the Elite breakfast. Not sure what we will choose for dinner...Ours will be a short cruise Concierge Class, ..but Lawn Club is def on the list!

Never thought about this option but will consider..On QM2 we had an interior cabin that had a huge window overlooking interior of the ship..Saved alot of $ and room was great! Very restful sleep

for us.... many of our negatives are sourced from the new corp mgmnt team. They are not upscale cruise line people but more aligned with mainstream Royal C ..Hope they catch on to the differences.

we will be going on Ascent.It's a.new ship, so hope they are well supplied.. We have all the versions ..dh likes the blue with zipper..I like the tan and gray

we bring a plastic tote for our wet items on beach excursions....plus a regular tote that folds for packing in luggage. also used for the gym can never be sure what X will be giving out

How much do the take out deli sandwiches cost at the Bistro? .. they look great..possibly cheaper than sitting down to a full cost meal?

Very risky, not a chance we would take..once the cruise is automatically cancelled..the deposit will be lost with any penalties (?) and someone will get your room.. options...pay down card asap, call card co for increase in limit, or apply for a new card, make final payment a few days ahead (just in case there are issues)

we have enjoyed all the E class shows plus whatever is done in the Club.. Wil def report back.. Going to focus a short review on our dining in BLU, Fine Cut EDEN and Rooftop, the shows and music on board

gee nice of them to never mention it! I have cruised twice on EDGE and on BEYOND, and do several spa visits per cruise. No one ever said a word! Guess I'll go earlier to my Ascent appt so I can check out the Relax rm.. I like the fruited water ahead of some services
