For NY it’s because of the “cancel for any reason” clause. Not sure if it’s the same for BC. NY insurance guidance clause Under New York law, CFAR benefits in the travel context do not technically qualify as insurance because the cancellation of a trip “for any reason” does not depend on the occurrence of fortuitous event.

I believe the specialty drinks are available between the hours of 5-7 when they have the demonstrations. It should be listed in the patter.

“Explore dining options” only works onboard. To see specialty dining select the same option you chose for MDR and pick a day and then it should ask you to select MDR or specialty. I don’t have a booking right now so I can’t be specific in the terminology.

That is definitely it. If you select 2 you will see there are a lot of minis available.

Only one person can see both (if you’re on the same credit card). Have you tried looking with your wife’s login?

Go to settings, general, iphone storage, scroll to the princess app and select. The version will show at the top. To check to see if it’s the latest version go to the Princess medallion app in the app store and look at the version history. If there is a new version you haven’t downloaded it will show a blue bar with “update”, if you’re current it will say “open”

If you received the OBC it means you used the FCD as your initial deposit which should have reduced your final payment by the $100. There is nothing to get back.

If I remember correctly, you can only access it while in port, it's locked when at sea. Not completely true. I’ve been on it sailing the glaciers in AK, the fjords in NZ and sailing under the Golden gate in SF.

Then the OP’s iMessage should have worked as they use the same port.

The app can’t be the only way to apply shareholder credit. Look at the uproar with the medallion app from people without smartphones which caused Princess to create a web version. Not everyone uses apps.

There is no price because each specialty coffee has its own cost. Specialty coffee is included free only with the plus, premier, or zero alcohol packages. See the T&C’s (one link is attached) that state “cannot be used for minibar items”. You cannot hotspot an iPhone using just wifi. You can only do it using cellular service which you don’t want to do on the ship. $$$
