  1. There are a number of sources but this one is from the NOAA National Weather Service. https://www.weather.gov/ffc/mapslast
  2. September is a bit 'off-season' for sugar bushes, but it certainly can be done. I don't think you're likely to find a nice, neat package/excursion to do this... transportation to/from the sugar shack will be a bit of a challenge. Who know though, maybe this place is willing to make some arrangements if there are enough people interested 8n visiting; they probably have a lot of experience doing that for local schools and retirement homes. https://erabliere-cheminduroy.qc.ca/packages/diner-souper-a-l-annee/
  3. You could consider a taxi to the Fort Lauderdal Tri-Rail station the train to Miami airport. Much less expensive than either of the options you're currently considering and easy to do.
  4. Yes, they do but like cities they are issued a couple of days in advance and for fairly specific areas. I'm sure you can appreciate that the Atlantic between the Canary Islands and somewhere in the Caribbean is a vast area and the weather will depend a lot on where you are and when. Many/most mariners will relay on weather maps; interpret them and do their own forecasting.
  5. 2025.... also, none in YYJ for those two flights to Seattle.
  6. Gotta quibble with you on that.... how about YTZ?
  7. Where did the 'floating petri dish' come from? Seems a tad off-topic.
  8. Can you post a reliable source for this claim?
  9. And here I thought the posts were remarkably close to being on-target compared to digressions I've seen elsewhere.
  10. Not a total detail vacuum here... if it's Canary Islands to Caribbean, cruise is probably a TA in October or November so temperatures likely about 20 degrees and probably pretty pleasant... unless it isn't.
  11. I'd suggest you check out multi-destination fares with Air Canada and Air Transat before opting on a one-way for the YYZ to AMS portion of your travel.
  12. I believe the gratuities ARE distributed as Royal says they are.
  13. At least your drinks won't be subject to additional excise and provincial sales taxes.
  14. We have MEDOC and are satisfied with it. I believe there are all kinds of other groups with access to the plan (or variations of it in any case). A person might want to check the Johnson insurance webite to determine eligibility.
  15. Well, yes... all those cabins have a notch. It appears as though the notch in 12624 is closer to the verandah/patio door than the notch in 16626 so the bed will be closer to the verandah and the sofa further away.
  16. Sort of... at that point, me and the device become more interactive!
  17. An informative site. Here is the official UK government site: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/electronic-travel-authorisation-eta
  18. Additionally, you could not catch up the ship in KW and complete the remainder of a closed loop cruise back to Miami unless there is a port call in Cartagena or the ABCs.
  19. Maybe to be (more) profitable?
  20. 1. You will be able to leave your cushion on the bus without any worries about it being stolen or removed; 2. Unlikely that there will be a washroom on the bus, but good chance of a rest break between Saint John and the Hopewell Rocks; 3. Only you can decide whether the travel time to/from the Rocks is tolerable to see them.
