I have a question, please. Does anyone know if I can use the trade in value of my offer to book a second cabin for my immediate family?

I'm pretty sure the answer is no. Certainly, Club Royale is making it look like they're trying to cover even less of our travel companions' cost.

It had been, though, that booking an extra cabin or two would get a nominal discount for those folks, but that's about it. I don't know what the current details are for this as I've not done it with RCI in quite a while.

For a 14 day trip coming up this fall, my sister’s master level got us a $500 discount.  Don’t know if that was a fluke or not but I will take it!!

I called today and booked another free offer. The representative that helped me confirmed that you are correct! She said they have had a lot of comments about the VAR offers only including 1 comp guest. At this time it's just that one offer and if there is a policy change, we will be informed.

I dont understand whats the difference with this '1 comb guest' offer and the other ones? Isnt all of them offers 1+1? or have you been able to get more than one people with you?

No. The offers were a comped  cabin for 2. As this was a first of April rollout. I expect that more offers will come always before.

I read some more earlier comments. So this new offer is only for one person? I was thinking the guest means my guest and not me😆. Hope they dont go this way and keeps them for 2

Hello,

I am a little confused with the following offer, and have seen it discussed on here quite a bit recently.

1 COMP GUEST IN A DOUBLE OCEANVIEW OR INTERIOR
23VAR406

I am looking to do a solo cruise and have an offer for a 7 night on the Wonder, under this offer.
If I book it, am I just paying the taxes and port charges for myself, or is it forcing me to pay the double occupancy?

Thanks in advance.

People have reported that those offers require you to pay for the double-occupancy difference. You'd end up paying your taxes/fees and gratuities and then the remaining of the BOGO fare pricing. (You wouldn't need to pay second passengers taxes, fees, or gratuities.)

I played 2300 points the end of March. They just dropped me an offer of $300 OFF my next booking. If they keep that up ? That will be the last I play.

We gave up on the whole program back in 2021 when we started sailing again.

We don’t chase points or levels anymore, we still gamble though.

once one family member reaches 2500 points, we move to the next members card and then the next ,we easily get there each week without even noticing it.

Free drinks until April 2024 does us as a family and will carry over to 2025 with this years play.

And yes on ships with Tap technology we physically sit at 3 different machines, with only ONE card being used. 2500 is just a breeze

What Royal fail to remember, when sailing kicked back up in 2021, it was the gamblers and casino members who traveled extensively with offers and put bums on seats and have Royal a revenue stream

These new offers are a slap in the face TBH.

Interesting,  I thought that you were automaticly logged out from one machine when tapping and logging on to another?

Nope

even back in day before the program had a major overhaul

You could get a duplicate card for one account 😉

Strange, but not surprising with Royals IT people.   I received an email confirming my prime membership for new casino year but still do not see the comp on the clubroyaleoffer site.

I can see the tier benefit and they have a list of sailings that are excluded...

My prime cert just hit the site yesterday.  Hubby’s signature one has been there for a few days

I received the email yesterday confirming my status and the free offer was posted on their site around the same time. Did anyone else get the "June Jackpot" offer last week? There are only 7 ships listed, with only one 7 day offer, but I believe it's for me and a companion. That gives me hope for future offers. I'm not interested in any buy one get one offers!

Yes, I received it (23JUN102) as well. This is the list I got. The fine print does say "This complimentary cruise only offer is valid for one (1) stateroom, including complimentary dining venues and entertainment, for the ship(s) and sail date(s) (the “Qualifying Sailings”) and stateroom category(ies) described for the qualified player in this communication (the “Recipient”) and one (1) guest, double occupancy."

Yes, We got 23JUN103 with slightly less desirable options and less.  But does include double occupancy.

I can't even find a way to squeeze my tier benefit in, so not too bummed out.  Just want those offers to keep flowing for the next few years, when I'm ready to schedule more lol.

I must admit, I'm ever so slightly tempted by the 9-night on Vision of the Seas. I've not yet sailed on a Vision-class ship and I've not yet sailed out of Baltimore. There's a high novelty factor of doing that kind of a trip solo. I'd even be able to drive down in the morning so I wouldn't necessarily need to get a pre-cruise hotel. (If I were to miss the cruise, whatever I'd pay would be fully refundable, so although it'd be disappointing, it's at least a somewhat cost-effective option.)

If you do, let us know what you think!  We actually did consider going out of Baltimore next year.  We can drive there in about 4 hours, but still not sure we could cut out the overnight stay.  Or we thought about trying the Amtrak.  That would definitely be a day before trip.

We are doing an 8-night Bermuda out of Port Canaveral on Mariner is September, first time to Bermuda, so I'm pretty excited about it.

Nice list! The only 7 night on my offer is for Adventure and we're booked on her in September. We camp in the summer months instead of cruising. I'm hoping for another offer for December to make Explorer a B2B.
