Offers received from Club Royale (Royal Caribbean)

Teaser offer, they are just tossing offers out there to see if anyone bites.  Land based casinos do this from time to time.  If you aren't interested in maintaining a relationship you can snap up the offer and no play them.  This will burn you in their system most likely.  With that said, take the offer, play as you normally would and see how it goes.

My wife and I finally sorted out our issues with Casino Royale and got our tier credits applied from our Feb 12 - 19 sailing.  Casino Royale had messed up my wife's birthday and it took quite a while to sort it all out.  We made prime again!

Thanks everyone.

I'm going solo - do you get double C&A points on solo freebie cruises?

Yup! Just did that last month, but got triple points for solo in a comped junior suite.

I read the last 20 pages and couldn’t find an answer. I’m Choice Tier with zero points yet have a couple of free cruise offers with itineraries ranging from 3 to 9 nights. I’m Australian so these are all useless to me. HOWEVER there was one option for cruises departing from Australian so obviously I snapped that up. Does anyone know why I’m getting offers despite not having any points?! I’ve probably spent $100 max in the casinos on board.
Is it just the Australian market trying to get people on board after Covid. I’m C&A platinum but I doubt that makes any difference.

Oh and I didn’t have to pay port fees or gratuities (Gratuities are always included in fares prices if you buy them in Australia) but the no port fees was weird.

I’ve only come across one other person who’s had this happen to them.

Sounds like you’re very lucky 🍀 Congratulations!!

This has been my experience lately.  For quite a while now, my C&A says error can't be displayed right now.  Our tier points usually show up about a week after.  Haven't sailed since November though, so not sure if there is a current glitch, but I want to say shortly after that, the C&A error started showing.

You have to do something on your computer to fix the C&A error. I believe it was to go into your profile. Change your C&A number to something wrong. Save it. Then come back and put in the correct one. Save it. Voila?

This worked!  Thank you!

Hi. I earned 2,000-plus points on my last sailing, which was a short one, and have only one offer on clubroyaleoffers.com. (It has an expiration date of April 5 but might still be good.) I used to have a dozen or so offers at any given time. Has anyone else experienced a drop in offers? I did book the free cruise, but I’ve done that before and still had offers on the website and also received mailers and emails. Thanks.

I think they have cut back. I have not received a mail offer in several months. I do get some email offers, but most are just $$ off. This past week, I did get from casino and cruise next an offer ending c05. It had mostly inside cabins. I did get to see the next level up c04. It was mostly oceanviews. Our Club Royale accounts have been set to zero. However my wife actually played on the ship April 1. The host was constantly on PA saying "earn by March 31. April 1 starts new year." I will send them an email about her points. I do have an inside offer that was dropped in 2-3 weeks ago. It expires end of April.

Thanks. Just feels rather abrupt and am half wondering if it’s something I said or did. 🙂 I liked just seeing the offers, even if I couldn’t use them all. It was a bummer to see the points go back to 0 the other day but it looks like status (mine isn’t high) is intact.

I used to get balcony and Jr suite offers. I had 17 cancels and re-books during the lock down. We could not sail until October 2022. The offers started drying up before then. What I will be looking at is will they resume the offers after making Prime again. Before covid the wife and I both were Prime.

Hope that works for you and your wife. I was able to maintain my Prime status, it appears. Not sure how long that lasts. I had sailed a few times with Royal in 2022. I find the point reset/status to be a little confusing. On Celebrity you can earn points through the end of the year, I believe, which is easier to keep up with for me.

You continue to be PRIME until March 31st 2024

Your points rest to ZERO on 4/1/23

As long as you Accumulate 2500 over the year 2023 then you will continue as PRIME until March 31st 2025

Hope this helps

We have only gone on Princess since 2017 - our offers we most a free balcony for husband and free inside for me, usually both included the drinks, gratuities and wifi and some casino free play

anywhere from $250 to 400

We took seven cruises last year using our free offers, we took one in January and have next week and one in July, all free offers, we currently are receiving emails and flyers, but the offers are for inside for husband and myself, no extras and $150 casino play - we will not book with those offers.

Our offers are consistent and have been since we made prime for the first time back in Jan of 2022.  We cruise 3 to 4 times per year and usually make prime on our second sailing of the year.  Our biggest issue is the lack of sailings that come up from Bayonne or Baltimore which are our preferred ports as we can drive there.

Received a new offer 23VAR405 but when I called to book it is complimentary for only one guest. The FB casino page also has people posting about this, and one person talked to a supervisor who said that is the new offer. I hope this is just a glitch! I don't want to pay full fare for the second person in the cabin so will skip this offer.

Well I want single and told I have to pay for second person even though nobody else going. What???? Stupid. I’ll rethink making master again this year. The fun is over obviously

Wow. They must be really upset that they let me go solo in a comped JS! 🤣

That's just ridiculous. On the good side, since it's not the usual BOGO50 sale, each passenger is 30%-off each, so one doesn't have to worry about paying for the first vs. second passenger rates.

Wow.  This about about not having a free second person.  Does the casino department want everyone to sail solo?  Are they not interested in the casino revenue they could get from a second passenger?  I agree that we may have to rethink trying to reach a certain level — will it be worth it?

Your offer may end in 401 402 403.  Mine was 404 and I wasn’t able to book single. The third person I talked to told me the 401 to 403 do not have to book 2 people   Well I ask what is higher then master since that is what I am.  No answer!!!!   Getting bad.
Congrats on the JS. Solo

Wow! I got that offer and was considering it until I read this. That would be a game changer for me!

Wow, these things just don't make sense sometimes!

Mine was a 403 offer, but before April 1, I was Signature, and honestly that status was fully carried-forward since pre-pandemic; I've not gambled much at all since cruising restarted, and my status now is where it deserves to be, Choice. And, yet, I still get comped cruise offers.

My solo trip in February was by chance. I happened to be traveling to Orlando the weekend before and noticed that I had a comped junior suite available for the Monday-Friday sailing on Independence of the Seas. What was really interesting is that when I checked availability (given it was a last-minute booking), there was one JS available, but 2 people couldn't go into it (presumably because of life boat station capacity limits and nearby cabins with >2 people), but 1 person was just fine. Being spring break and last-minute, that was a $5K booking for just myself. 😳
