No.  The lounges are overcrowded as it is.  With the drink vouchers there really isn't a need to go "hang out" or even "drink" in the lounge.  If you need to see the concierge then go in most definitely but no need to take a guest with you.

I usually just hang out at Casino bar. The last time I went into lounge. We stayed out on the patio.

Questions for Masters level — traveling soon with Masters level sister.  We are Pinnacle and enjoy eating breakfast — usually in Chops — on non Coastal Kitchen ships.  Will Masters level allow sister to eat breakfast with us?  She has in the past and hoping that perk has continued.  Thanks for any responses.

Win/}Loss statements for 2022

Thought I would check here rather than on main board and get specifics rather than (the casino is too Smokey or I don’t gamble but” replies 😉

We emailed 2 weeks ago our notarized Win/loss request forms , have not gotten back anything from CR

No bounce back on casinocredit@rccl.com email so they went through OK

Yesterday we decided to FAX to see if any humans are dealing with this legal document process required for filing our Taxes.

Fax number confirmed as good and documents went through, we have receipt

Has anyone been successful in requesting and receiving back a win loss statement for 2022 play? and if yes, which route did you take

Thanks in advance

Happy Days!

glad you posted this

On January 18 I faxed my notorized request for a 2022 won lost statement to the Fax number on the form 305-459-6302 .....My FAX report showed transmission OK....to this date I have had no reply.

I am not worried about 2022 as I got a won loss from Carnival which will cover the W-2 wins. but next year I will have to get something for sure.

We eventually received both ours by email

(I did chase up on another popular social media site using messenger ,just to give them a nudge) seemed to help

@Daghis, gotcha.  Our C & A points usually show up anywhere from a week to 10 days.

Weird stuff today. My tier points showed up in Club Royale a week after our early February cruise. The C&A still have not showed up.

This has been my experience lately.  For quite a while now, my C&A says error can't be displayed right now.  Our tier points usually show up about a week after.  Haven't sailed since November though, so not sure if there is a current glitch, but I want to say shortly after that, the C&A error started showing.

For the first time ever, since I started getting offers, I have none. Anyone know if this is “normal”? The last one expired yesterday. I used to have about a dozen at any given time. Thanks.

I'm still getting offers, but have read many offers have stopped or been lowered. It will be interesting to see what happens in the future and especially after April 1st. For me, my guess is it will depend on how many points I get on my next two cruises. Does anyone know if 800 points in one cruise will still get you a free interior offer? That was a special for awhile.

This happened for us last year, but it was right after we booked our annual tier benefit certificate, and I wondered if that had something to do with it.  It took a while, but we started getting offers again.  We currently have 4-5 active.

To note, I did use the "not getting offers" link in the clubroyaleoffers.com, and they said the emails were linked to multiple accounts and address, and did some housekeeping, and then we got one or two crappy offers, but I think it took about 4 or 5 months before we got anything good.

I did not know about a special. I did 5 day cruise and 775. Nothing but $$ off cert. My wife and I have have about 10 offers each. Nothing but $$ off. Will finish Prime later this month. Then see what happens in April. I think Royal has cut back just like the other cruiselines. We shall see soon. I guess you did read where NCL quarterly report had $48 million loss ?

Also confused about the date/point reset. I am Prime now, but am currently on a cruise. Do I have to earn 2,500 [points this cruise to stay Prime? Does my current Prime status remain, but my points/tier credits return to 0? Someone at Club Royale said I'd have status, I think through 2024.

Also, to maybe answer the other question, the sheet in the casino says it's 1,500 points for an interior stateroom, but that's a NextCruise booking deal (comes with $100 FreePlay). Can't remember how that works but booked one a cruise or two ago. I seem to recall parting with a few hundred dollars to make that reservation. Not sure if one gets a free cruise without doing the NextCruise thing onboard?

Fairly new to Royal and sort of wishing I had booked one more cruise when I got the last email. That offer expired a few days ago. Couldn't fit a cruise within those dates into my schedule.

I didn't see that, but not surprised. This morning I'm watching the news about California Regulators closing Silicon Valley Bank. Do you ever sail out of Galveston?

You can check your points and offers at clubroyaleoffers.com. There's a place for your last name and rewards number. I would call Club Royale at 888-561-2234 to get answers to your questions or talk with a casino host on the ship you are on. To qualify as Prime you need 2,500 points for the year. I believe it's from April 1st to March 31st. At the end of their year, your points will reset to 0 and you start earning again for the next year. (I'm Prime now, but have until March 31st to get a total 2,500 points to be Prime starting April 1st.) --I'm not sure about your status through 2024. It could???have something to do with when you qualified. Ask the Casino Host!--

Yes on Galveston. SVB has been taken over by FDIC. Had another crypto firm go bust a few says ago. They blamed some of their failure on FTX Sam Bankman-Fried going bust.

I want to believe you!  But in November, 800 only got me an instant certificate for $200 off.  You're certain it's an interior?  Just curious.

I took a photo of the chart in the casino here on Brilliance of the Seas last night and see now for 800 points under the "Receive this award' column it shows $250 off. But under the "Bonus award with NextCruise booking" column it says "Complimentary Interior Stateroom on Select Dates." Not really sure what any of it means. You would get only $250 off if you DID NOT book through NextCruise while ON your cruise?

In response to Def9715 - quote feature not working…

I think it is that you can use your award for either a free interior on select cruises, or you can use it for a $250 discount towards any cruise you book before the award expires. Booking at “next cruise” is important when you get an offer that includes OBC IF you book/ create a booking at next cruise.

I read the last 20 pages and couldn’t find an answer. I’m Choice Tier with zero points yet have a couple of free cruise offers with itineraries ranging from 3 to 9 nights. I’m Australian so these are all useless to me. HOWEVER there was one option for cruises departing from Australian so obviously I snapped that up. Does anyone know why I’m getting offers despite not having any points?! I’ve probably spent $100 max in the casinos on board.
Is it just the Australian market trying to get people on board after Covid. I’m C&A platinum but I doubt that makes any difference.

Oh and I didn’t have to pay port fees or gratuities (Gratuities are always included in fares prices if you buy them in Australia) but the no port fees was weird.

I’ve only come across one other person who’s had this happen to them.
