All three of my Docs said, yes go so we leave wedneday and sat sail saturday!!

I skimmed through the threads here looking for your response that says YOU CAN GO! I was going to say that 99% of the stuff we worry about never happens. go and have a great time, you will love it. We spent the last 4 days at a beach house in Guala, CA. We saw lots of whales heading south for the winter. I hope some are still around for you to see yourself and relax!

I too had to cancel our 2015 Alaska cruise because I underwent a craniotomy to remove a walnut sized brain tumor. Well I survived so we are going in 2018. Have never been so close to death, so I have learned to enjoy life now (and cruises in suites, lol).

I hope the Doctor gives you the OK to go. I know how it fells. Last year I had open heart surgery and remember lying in bed in the hospital on the day we were to sail thinking about where I should be.
