Rare island lady Posted September 4, 2018 #1926 Share Posted September 4, 2018 If any of my gold's step out of line I stop feeding them and send them to the food banks. And for the really bad ones that make big mistakes...there is always the plank. Sharks gotta eat too! :D:cool:
Domino D Posted September 5, 2018 #1927 Share Posted September 5, 2018 To most people in the world, DS means DumB ***t. :D After the popularity of this thread everyone knows it means Diamond Superior. Regards DS Graham. DS Graham, I fear the Golds are not monitoring our thread as they should. Else this type of "shenanigans" would not be going on. I suggest we with hold the lobster sticks and spam until the Gold's step it up.
Domino D Posted September 5, 2018 #1928 Share Posted September 5, 2018 You know how much I value all your opinions. So I want to ask, what is your favorite part of being DS? Picking ports of call on your cruise? Picking your own Lobster or Steak on formal night? Watching the looks on others faces when they bring out the Pepper Mill? The Broadway show performers stopping the show, so we can go to the bathroom? The love, admiration, and jealousy of the other passengers? Getting the "good" pillows and toilet paper? Not needing ID to board? Like they wouldn't recognize us. The free breakfast at Johnny Rockets? wait.... what... everyone can get this? Golds these days are so spoiled. Rocket3D Posted September 5, 2018 #1929 Share Posted September 5, 2018 (edited) Fascinating thread. Doing some lengthy historical DS research (research is hell), my sweaty research assistants brought a bottle of Hennessy Pure White, some chilled Solarium towels, a Cohiba, and this note: Who said this? When asked to join the Captain at the captain’s table for dinner, the answer was reportedly (something) like this... “What? ……I am not dining with the hired help.” Mrs Madeleine Talmage (Lady) Astor, wife of John Jacob Astor on the Titanic. [she survived, he didn't] Edited September 5, 2018 by Rocket3D

None of the above, but the recognition deserved when anywhere else but cruising. Ahh...great points...but luckily we never have to chose a favorite, since they are all perks that we DS take for granted anyway. :D :D
Cigar King Posted September 6, 2018 Author #1937 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Agreed Pinnacles are an all to often untapped resource of assistance to us, isn't that why thy wear those name tags? It is helpful to be able to call them over to provide you assistance by using their name. Just raising your hand and saying something, is so last century.
