superduper123 Posted August 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Who has done this itinerary? Or do you have another favorite? This is very unlike my typical cruise. I think I'm going to love it! https://secure.royalcaribbean.com/cruises/itinerary/11-night-southern-caribbean-from-fort-lauderdale-on-serenade/SR11D024?sail-date=2019-12-09¤cy=USD&wuc=USA&ecid=sl_mdt_shrdln__4645
Rare mduffy1834 Posted August 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 5, 2018 We did this last March. Not a huge fan of Panama or Costa Rica (we had been there before) but loved Car tegena and would go back in a heartbeat. The overnight stop was great . Ship and crew were great. We did it on the Celebrity Reflection but you will love this cruise
JAMESCC Posted August 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 5, 2018 My favorite itinerary may sound odd to most but it's Canada/NE. Have done it twice now and looking at a shorter 6 day one on Adventure next summer. Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

Tatka Posted August 5, 2018 #8 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Not necessarily with RCCL, but most Southern Caribbean, Mediterranean and especially Adriatic, California Coastal, Northern Europe without St Petersburg.
mattpro Posted August 5, 2018 #9 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Prefer the southern Caribbean, especially on B2B cruises. Currently, the Freedom goes there out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. By doing a B2B it allows you to visit 10 different islands in 2 weeks. Aruba is my favorite destination.
deliver42 Posted August 5, 2018 #10 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Alaska, then the Southern Caribbean.

Hypo Posted August 5, 2018 #12 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Any 7 day cruise. We don't care too much about ports or excursions, prefer three sea days per cruise.
mugtech Posted August 5, 2018 #13 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Going through the Canal and then north to Alaska is hard to beat.

champagne123 Posted August 5, 2018 #20 Share Posted August 5, 2018 I am sooooo jealous of all of you! Have been to almost every "cruise-able" Caribbean Island, Hawaii, yucky Bahama's, NE/Canada and cannot wait to "cross the pond", when we retire next year. So far, the ABC Islands have been our favorite.
George C Posted August 5, 2018 #21 Share Posted August 5, 2018 For relaxing which is normally what we want the Caribbean , also loved our Barcelona cruise with 5 stops in Italy and really liked Dubrovnik and Kotor, my only real bucket list cruise is Galapagos
Tatka Posted August 5, 2018 #22 Share Posted August 5, 2018 I can’t believe nobody has said Nassau/Port Canaveral.People seems to be scared of Nassau. Us not so much... We usually go to Paradise Island for Atlantis and/or Cabbage beach. PC is fine, but after you explored all opportunities like airboats/gator farm, NASA thing... there isn't much to do there, but it is our frequent place to visit.
