Has X revealed where the dedicated suite area is going to be on S class ships? What public areas are they taking away?

Best guess is the area around the basketball court on the forward top deck and probably the basketball court... I can live with that.

It's an industrial trend that is not going away. If it increases suite class revenue and moderates increases in standard balcony prices, then so be it.

Not often. 2 hrs or so a day, if there is a smallish Elite crowd aboard and they use the lounge; a couple of 45min/1hr Capt social for all CC, which is everyone who has cruised at least once. And the CC crowd are paying passengers too.

Sky lounge is only closed to CC events from 5-7. Personally I don't care where they put the suite area. Anyone who cares to can book a suite if they desire one and it's in their budget. I don't resent that those who pay more get more. I don't understand why so many seem to resent it. The ships are big enough these days that I never feel deprived of space. Sometimes I think people dwell on what they can't have rather than enjoy what they have.
