QG drinks

Does that vary on differing QG grade suites because when we on QE in 2017 in a Q6 suite the list was nowhere near as comprehensive and very few choices of whisky and there was no brandy at all on the list and when I asked our butler he said no and ended up having a Famous Grouse whisky and there was no choice of Glenfiddich or Jameson's either.

I was the first to mention the new and expanded drinks list, early last year and I also  replied to you last September when you mentioned the lack of choice on the QG drinks list. I said how it had been expanded this ['18] year which meant there was a considerably wider choice than your '17 list.

The extended list was not offered us in June last year on QM2. Nevertheless, we obtained what we asked for despite the items not being on the list.

Good morning Cruiseluvva.

I'm in harmony with you once more this morning.

While our gin requirement will never change and is always easily met requests for a particular New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, or whatever at the time tickles our fancy, has also been met despite it not appearing on the 'list'...

Do you get mixers supplied foc in the fridge in QG?

Yes. We had Britvic, Schweppes, and Fever Tree tonic at different times. Presumably, if you are fussy, they will give you the one you prefer.

Last year on QM2, our butler even filled the cupboard with beer in case of emergencies:

So you could make an emergency liferaft out of the empty cans? 😀 So thoughtful.

They are also assiduous in providing generous quantities of lime and/or lemon, providing you remember to ask your butler.

Thanks for the tip. We are new to QG so all info much appreciated.

Usually they put a plate of slices, covered in cling film, in the fridge, and replenish as necessary. Ice bucket refilled ditto.

Just got off the Queen Vic. The butler gladly got me a bottle of Crown Royal, for my suite,  which was not on the liquor list. It never hurts to request your favorite brand!
