It is on a beautiful site right by the sea with the most amazing views. We are about 50 yard from the sea. Wales was very quiet and the people very welcoming. Everyone we saw was still taking great care, which was refreshing. (This included locals and tourists) There are still a lot of good people out there and sensible ones at that. We now know that we have somewhere to retreat to where we can be safe --- and we will make sure that we will ensure that we stick to the original lockdown rules to make sure that all of the people around us are safe too. We are planning to just walk on the coastal path and by the sea - no need to put anyone at risk. Thank you to those of you in North Wales yesterday who made us all feel safe and welcome. Sounds idyllic! Enjoy and continue to keep safe. 🙂

My parents lived in North Wales for 22 years so we know the area very well and it felt like going home yesterday. Since my parents died have discovered on the paper work that my great grandmother came from Mold (North Wales) so it was meant to be !!! Have to say, we are really excited and this whole pandemic has made us appreciate the beauty we have on our doorstep --- just to see the Welsh sign yesterday and the sea for the first time was amazing ! Just to walk by the sea and feel that fresh air - we don't care if it rains for the next 12 months !!!!!!!!
