Where are you going to be tonight, we should try to meet up. We really don't have anything planned. We are still riding back. Just got cell service back awhile ago. Dining is at 8. It took 1 1/2 hours before dessert was served. I will try to remember to email you later.

Rare aussielozzie18 Posted May 4, 2023 #92531 Share Posted May 4, 2023 In the news today that Jenny Craig has gone bust. Although my weight fluctuates a bit due to work stress, I have never needed a weight loss program but an older retired friend looks fabulous after combining the Weight Watchers program with aquatic Zumba four times a week.

I always remember the sign, on the drive up, that says to turn on headlights in clouds. Rare bobmacliberty Posted May 4, 2023 #92537 Share Posted May 4, 2023 (edited) The Road to Hana is worth it, but maybe just once. It's long, and after a while, the twists and turns all start to look alike. Where did you stop along the way? Did you make it past Hana to the 'Ohe'o Gulch and the Seven Pools? I'm really jealous and wishing I was there right now. Oops...asking John @Ozark_Kid Edited May 4, 2023 by bobmacliberty

They have a sale on all the packages right now and I need some input on them. We are diamond so I don't think we need an alcoholic drink package since we really don't drink that many drinks. It is a stretch for me to get to 4 a day. We do however drink a lot of water, sodas, and coffee. The coffees from Starbucks is not included in the package so where do you get specialty coffees? The refreshment package is $27.99 pp, per night. What is everyone's thoughts? Worth it or no? No, from what you say, a drink pkg is not needed. Get a coffee card (with 15 punches) if you like Starbucks crafted coffees (Tall sizes are included, Anything larger or iced 2 punches). Or use the diamond lounge coffee machine. Water bottles, you can pick up from Diamond Lounge (no voucher required) / any bar on your D vouchers loaded on your card or order a water package. Drinks and soda, between you and DH you can make use of your diamond vouchers. From what you are describing of your drinking habit, you really do not need to buy a drinks package. These are thoughts from some one who struggles to use 5 D plus vouchers a day on non alcoholic drinks, waters, you name it. I do get water pkg 24 bottles or depending on the length of the cruise and coffee card since I love cappucinos. At times the water pkg has left overs if the D plus lounge and vouchers have sufficed. Save the $ on the package and get a nice massage at the Spa on board. JMHO. 2

I did get a 12 bottle water package since this will help me drink water. Now I can use my vouchers for an adult beverage or two and sodas. That should work for us. All the adult beverages sound good in theory but my body rebels after two sometimes after one. Sigh. Now another question. We have the Chops +1 package. We reserved Chops on day 2 and I would like to use the +1 on the day we are in Costa Maya (not doing much that day) in Izumi. Do I make that reservation asap when we get onboard, or can I reserve it before we board? Edited May 4, 2023 by Keksie

sgmn Posted May 4, 2023 #92546 Share Posted May 4, 2023 Yet again I've had to skip a load of posts to catch up. Hope all are well and all those on cruises, enjoy. Hope you had a good flight home Dani @dani negreanu and enjoyed Madrid. We've got extra children care duties this week as Isaac has a cold/bad wheeze and has to skip nursery. We have a busy Corination weekend coming up. Watching the celebrations on TV with extended family on Saturday. On Sunday there's a street party in our street but we've been invited to afternoon tea with family in London. And on Monday which is a Bank Holiday we've got eldest son and family coming over for the day

Rare aussielozzie18 Posted May 4, 2023 #92549 Share Posted May 4, 2023 (edited) (Thankfully) it wasn’t too chilly tonight for Inside/out at the Sydney Opera House. As part of the 50th Birthday celebrations they had a week of live performances that could be watched on the big screen on the forecourt of the Opera House for only $10 a ticket. Tonight’s offering was the ballet & for only $10 it was good value for a newbie to ballet - we could leave early if we got too cold or bored. The audience outside watching the audience inside the Opera House waiting for the same ballet to start. Ballet was Jewels. Beautiful costumes, lovely ballet, lovely music and perfect for first timers to the ballet like ourselves. The majority of the outside audience stayed to the very end including ourselves. Photo taken during intermission First performance - Emeralds Second performance - Rubies Final performance - Diamonds And walking back to the ferry wharf at Circular Quay, we saw Darth Vader, a couple of Storm Troopers and several other Star Wars characters roller skating with their lightsabers #Happy Star Wars Day.
