@Sea Dog if you havent watched season finale of The White Lotus you will want to.

Just watched wow. A lot of things turned out different than I was expecting. It was all so tragic in a way but funny and entertaining. Isn't that life anyway? I hear there will be a season two with different cast of characters and plots. I really like this show. It's quirky, dark humor and some very interesting characters. Also the music is fantastic!!

Lexi didn't have a good night on Below Deck.

I saw a headline that Caroline Bedor (remember that kook?) said there is actually a 4th stew that does all the cleaning on the yachts. I couldn't read it because I won't pay to read articles. Sounded odd. Anyone read it?

Lexi never has a good morning, noon or night. Tonight she was a princess. I thought she was Satan.

She cracked me up when she said she was all about people respecting her, but she can disrespect anyone she wants.

Service was fine and the wings were OK. I mostly wanted my daughter to experience the birthplace of the wing. It’s a little touristy now but still one of those Buffalo things that you do. I prefer Duff’s but I haven’t lived there for years. I’m sure there are many small places that are just as good or better.

I do spend time in Anchor bar , but the one in the Buffalo airport , do enjoy our trips in the area , love the waterfalls, will need to visit Niagara Falls on next visit and test my luck in one of the casinos. Will need to try Duff’s .

Day 3 of trip report continue - Forgot to mention that the wait time for Splash mountain was listed as 5 minutes, which basically means walk on the ride with less than 10 people ahead of you.

We all got wet from the ride but the front seats gets more water splashes.

Next ride is the Haunted Mansion as it was just down the road and it's such classic ride along with Pirates that no visit to Disney park is complete without both. We all know what the attraction is like so no need to dwell on it but do want to point out that Disneyland has a Halloween overlay of Haunted House that transforms it to the movie, Nightmare before Christmas. WDW doesn't have this, only Tokyo Disneyland and Anaheim Anaheim Disneyland does this.

By then they called our group number to start lining up for Rise of Resistance. You more or less have an hour window to show up when your group is called. The phone app will show say, groups 30 to 50 are now boarding. An hour later, it may show groups 48 to 68 boarding so it's a rolling grouping of folks to ensure the queue is always full.

Your group number on the phone changes to a QR code when the number is called and the CM scans your phone to make sure you are legit before you are allowed to enter the waiting area.

Without giving away too much of the plot, here are few same pics from the ride.

Overall the Rise of Resistance is a top attraction. Disney threw all their top technology into this ride. Even if you don't know much about Star Wars, you should experience it for the technology and grand story telling magic only Disney can produce.

Don't take my word for it, read about  this guy's top Disney attraction:

Tee-shirt of the day 😁

Morning Dani.

It is a cool 60°F and wet this morning.

Like most people I was getting error messages last night so I decided to stop trying to post last night but everything seems fine now at 08.30am.

I hope your friend is improving in hospital.

Take care and stay safe safe.

Thank you, G & P,  your prayers worked !!!

The good news arrived in our Whatsup group at 7am today, and, truth to be told, at this ungodly hour, I was afraid to open the message....

He was administered twice the wonder anti-viral drug Remdesivir, and he's much better.

He had Covid-related pneumonia in both lungs....

Also, I believe they allowed this thread to survive this long was because of the number of clicks the site got during the pandemic.  Even if not 100% cruise related, clicks are clicks when it comes to website traffic for the advertisers.

That's my thinking too....

Eons ago, like February 2020, I used to wake up in the morning and "have to" to catch up on more than 7 new pages on Royal's board.

As the new "normal" of cancelled cruises "settled in", the "traffic" dwindled to 1, 1.5 new pages during the 8-9 hours of "my" night.

I still miss many frequent posters.

Now that some cruises started again, the "traffic" is picking up. And I'm glad it is 😁

When I tap "contents I posted in" still no threads that I posted in prior to yesterday come up. I e-mailed cc to see if it is a permanent loss of info or if it will be recaptured.

Everything is still there. You can go back anywhere on this thread and it exists.  The command that filters all replies by an individual poster and shows the result is not working, at least to replies before the issue yesterday.

Speaking of TSOD, here is mine today from our 2017 Hawaii cruise.  We were fortunate to be in Honolulu for the festival.

I never knew there were so many flavors and ways it was cooked, but tried several samples.

It is 71° with rain here today.

Ok I need your expert experience thoughts here. So my sailing November 7th on Explorer out of San Juan is listed as the first revenue sailing by Royal in SJ. I have not been able to check in yet.

The sailing was taken off the website a week ago. Someone from our FB group called and was told by rep that the sailing was sold out. I took that to mean that it was sold to capacity at about 35%. Today our sailing is back on the website.

A Jr. Suite is selling for over twice what I paid for. What do you make of this? Why do you think after being off the website it is back on? Why would they keep selling cabins if they were sold out? I'm curious what you all think?

My WAG. Website glitch (?).  A call in center rep. not giving out correct info (oh say it's not so)(?).

Yes could be all above. I find it hard to believe that it wouldn't already be sold out if they are limiting capacity.
