Well I splurged for a suite on this Oasis class cruise thinking Coastal Kitchen would make it worth the money. Boy was I ever wrong!  

 

They gave me a box of lasagna for dinner, told me that I had to cook it myself and that  i would have to supply my own meat “protein” - shocking!!!

Man, this Virtual of the Seas is getting weak- the show was canceled for no stated reason.  bummer.

Oh I love shrimp parm will have to try as a hero.  Hope room service arrived and you are enjoying.   Think I will try my luck in the casino tonight.

I had the strangest cruise so far in Virtual of the Seas. The captain just strolled by wearing a great Versace gown, but his pedicure was tragic. And he was wearing an antique brass diving helmet. While rolling about the floor in a bed of chopped squid. The margaritas must be extra strong tonight.

   We ran away from that spectacle and had drinks by the pool with a few other shook up folks. But at least we have a nice balcony cabin.

Their GPS worked just fine...it was the show off captain that did not work so well.  Hope he is still in prison.  👿 

 

Happily our captain on Virtual of the seas is doing a fine job of steering...and for some reason is also doing double duty as bartender and galley dishwasher!!  😮

The APP and Zoom overloaded around lunch, I had to wait till the next day to order.

 

We have walked out of so many bad shows during this cruise, and DW seems to sit next to someone that snores through a lot of them. I like the CC feature during the shows but still can’t understand a lot of them.

 

I thought I would never miss the dancing waiters.

Somehow the cruise line upgraded their TV offerings without telling anyone. I miss watching soccer highlights in Portuguese. And the set for the Love and Marriage replay looks vaguely familiar.

How many days is this sailing?  Just wondering if we should see about doing a b2b in same cabin since we are enjoying this trip.  

Went to casino last night and broke even while enjoying some delicious mojitos.

Little windy and chilly on pool deck today.  What movies are playing in theater today?

I haven't had one towel animal and I'm expected to reuse my towels. I left them on the floor to be replaced and they were still there when I returned to my room...no tip for the room stewart. In fact I may just remove all my tips!

Livid?  I am more than livid! I am beyond livid! I'm absolutely infuriated, incensed, enraged and exasperated!  I wrote the Captain a very nice note informing him that I would be two hours late for sail away due to an extended Happy Hour at Margaritaville and he had the utter audacity to leave me marooned on the island of "Chez Moi".  How unbelievably rude!!! Now I'm stuck "Chez Moi" until further notice.

I must have left the "do not disturb" sign out on the door.  Cabin attendant has not shown up in days to clean my cabin.  😮  And no one has brought my dry cleaning to me either. 

I suppose they still expect a tip!!  🤪

 

And I am certainly not getting much use out of my "out catching thrills" sign for the door.  😷
