I have done the ultimate ships tour on princess, they take you to the medical centre and explain it all the equipment, treatment rooms, refrigeration for bodies etc, on most ships dr and nursing staff cabins are adjacent to medical centre, interestng, like mini hospitals.

Actually had to visit it once, very impressive set up.

On several of my cruises I have had to visit the medical centre for treatment, general virus related or, ear infection from the petri dish spas🤐

For us probably at the hotel, either Holiday Inn (Rydges now isn’t it) or the Grace.

City Extra is great for dinner, try ye olde Victorian Mixed Grill. Brekkie also.

Tried to get in a couple of times to sample ye olde mixed gorilla always way to busy, one night we will time it right. Morning if a cruise usually skip a big breakfast as we know the next few days/weeks we will probably eat more than we should anyway.

It looks like we are going to lose voyager of the seas after next season.

Voyager is off to Europe after a season in Singapore.

The pacific is expected to get wonder of the seas and possibly a Freedom class in 2022.

Freedom, independence or liberty of the seas.

This is a long shot but I’m predicting Freedom of the seas to the Pacific.
RC is bumping peoples bookings from Freedom  to Explorer in early 2022.

Freedom has a couple of bookings in California and I don’t know where it would be in the northern winter?????

There’s some pretty good prices on cruise planner

Booze package is $AU68.  $US50.

Here’s something to try if you’re not sure if you want to risk the money in this financial climate.

When the Black Friday sale was on there was some fantastic prices.

I put a couple of things in my cart 🛒 just to see what total price was.

I decided not to risk the money and then they started to roll the vaccines out and I was kicking my self as the price doubled.

Even though the price went up and it was 3 weeks later  they still honoured the price in the cart.
It used to be that it adjusts the price in the cart to the current price.

Try it

Decent brekkie, get rid of the pastries, that is an American thing.

I was going to ask you and @GUT2407for your expert valued assessment of the breakfast menu.

That danish with the custard and fruit wouldn’t hurt you uncle Les.

Actually doesn’t look to bad, though really not unlike you see most places that serve brekky. I don’t eat breakfast a lot, unless I am on holidays and even then some days just a pastry or cereal, and then every now and then the full on, eggs Benny is my go to, just too much hassle to make it really well at home.

Though on the odd morning I do have breakfast at home my Maxy gets super excited the minute I start preparing because he knows a treat is heading his way.
