Internet has been really spotty this afternoon.

For some reason, we have been loosing signal in our cabin, and even the app would not work without it.

Speaking of the app, most bars and restaurants will point you to a QR code to see their menus.  If people do not have a smart phone, they will bring you a menu.

Cruise critic continues to be a pain, such that I am now deleting all cookies before I open it each time.

Just paid off our end of January B2B on Odyssey.

Feels like we are going now!  🤗

Keep up the great review my friend.  Looks like a lot of our Dani's thread friends are following along!  🙂

I had issues also.  The Iphone frequently dropped its free connection and I had to reaccess the intranet, and my laptop lost its internet  connection. Seems like the system is a work in progress.

Never had issues on any of the other O3B systems like this.

Loving the review so far... We'll be doing this one in February except ours is supposed to do Grand Cayman instead of Coco Cay.  I'm hoping Grand Cayman is still closed to cruise ships by then.  I'd like an itinerary change to Cococay if possible. 🙂

I've never had Pusser's Rum even though I know a little bit about it. How would you compare it to other rums?

It's a dark, demerara rum with a lot of flavor.  I use it because it's the original rum for a Painkiller.  Kinda like using Gossling's to make a Dark & Stormy.

Dinner was in the MDR, but we both did the upcharge for the Chops filets.

I realized I haven’t had much about the shows.  I usually don’t do pictures there, but I took a couple

This was from the Broken Link game in Two70.  I had signed up to be a participant, but wasn’t chosen.  Too bad, I knew more of the trivia answers than these guys.

Then Jennifer Singer’s show.

I will have to give my take on some of the shows later in the week.

We did have a bunny in the cabin.

Did you notice whether Curaçao offers a shuttle from ship to shore?

I don’t think I could walk half that distance!

I never understood the need for one in Curacao - you are docking in the sea basically (like CocoCay), no port to enter.

There is a channel there. Ever notice the bush growing out of the water.

Yes they do.  Just after I read this, I saw one coming down the pier.

Before I get to the horrible start to the day, how about useful (or useless) thing #6

I mentioned earlier about loosing the ships WiFi, even for the app to work.  You would open the app, and this message would appear

Trying to connect from the app, and you would see this.

The only way to get it to connect is to go into the phone settings and select WiFi, and connect manually. Even though I set it to auto join, it wasn’t.

So the moral is, if you encounter this problem, give this a try.

Now, to the horrible start to the day.  We always start out our day with a walk around the outdoor track, and today was no different. In case you want to know how long it is, this is their lap key.

After doing several laps, Susan says “look at me!  I think they are painting, and there is paint all over my clothes!”

I told her they wouldn’t be doing that while underway, and it was probably soot from the stacks. We both looked like speckled Easter eggs, and then we noticed the track, the loungers, and also other track users looked the same.  Yes, we looked much like this.

She was especially upset about her new white shorts that looked like that post.

I made a trip to Guest Services to report it so they could clean it up.  They did give us a laundry voucher, so it remains to be seen how good they clean them.
