Picked off the entertainment schedule from a Facebook Group suite passenger for this cruise. No RoyalUp for us I guess.
Still very happy with our ocean view balcony.

So what does the Royal logo imply?   Nothing? TBA?  For example,  I assume they will have something going on in the aqua theater the last 2 nights?

The logo means nothing is scheduled in that venue. But things can change during the week. If weather or technical issues arise something may get rescheduled to those time blocks.

Can I ask what you Royal up bid on and if you went substantially above the minimum? On allure in a couple weeks and following along!

We bid about 50 over min for a JR suite with no luck. And about 150 over min for a Grand Suite.

Are reservations required for main dining room for dinner on the Allure? If not, is it a long wait for dinner. I assume Windjammer doesn't require reservations.

If you have my time dining, you make reservations for your time. Otherwise you go into the no reservations queue. Pro tip. I was able to make all my reservations from the terminal as we waited to board the ship, since I was able to connect to the ship WiFi.

Safe travels.

How long did you have to wait once you were checked in till you boarded?

TY for sharing your travels.

About 15 min. They boarded suite, key and diamond/diamond plus first at around 11AM. We followed immediately afterwards.

Incoming embarkation lunch food porn. They had the wild mushroom soup at Chops. It was delicious. We also got the shrimp cocktail and wedge salad. Wife had the Caesar Salad with the filet, and I had the simple Filet. For dessert we had the red velvet cake and the warm chocolate cake with coffee.

my wife dug into her salad before I was able to take a snapshot. 😭

Bon Voyage! What was first cocktail? Cheers!

That will come in the evening. I do not have the drink package because I’m a lightweight and don’t drink much, if any. The two drinks I had over the last two days at my parents house doubled my alcohol consumptions over the last 6 months. If I do have a drink, it’s usually wine or beer over hard alcohol.

You are going to lose a lot of followers on here, many on here cruise to drink. 🍹

Wait until the member on here keep saying she wants them to bring the bar stools back onboard.  lol

Take some pictures of the bars if the bar stools are  back, that may get you some more followers to come back.

j/k

This is so helpful. We are on the same itinerary in April and while we know things might change, this is helpful for us organizing meals and entertainment plans. Thank you!
