Crown N Anchor Diamond

It's been a while since we've cruised but I think I remember getting a discount on laundry and internet services onboard.  I don't see it listed on the RCCL website so just reaching out to see if anyone recently cruised and got these discounts onboard.

You still get free photo even though it is not listed too.

4 drinks.

Free internet is Surf, not Surf & Stream. Surprisingly I was able to use YouTube, have videocalls via Facebook, use WiFi calling.

Quality is not always great though.

My wife and I just made Diamond.  We are most looking forward to the free drinks.  I get 1 free drink a day and my wife gets 7.  Sounds pretty fair.

that's our deal too. But hubs gets -0-.  He does not drink.

That was mostly me who doesn't drink much.  I did enjoy my Strawberry Daiquiri most evenings and an occasional Pina colada.  Hubby liked ordering the top shelf vodka and trying different brands.  That being said, we never used all 8 on our cards.

Does anyone know , Is wash and fold laundry available on every sailing ?

Seems to me that the laundry needs to be done within 3 days of end of cruise.

I don’t recall that ever being a perk.

BOGO shake at Johnny's was an offer loaded on most sailings

Right, but not for a meal.

I want to say it's only on cruises greater than five or six nights?  But I so rarely cruise shorter sailings, I'm really not sure.

There was a JR BOGO a loooooong time ago.  Long gone.  Long before they tried to appease us with a milkshake BOGO.

You can get a wash 'n' fold bag on any cruise, but you only get the discount on a cruise of 5 or more nights.

You can use it on (for example) Day 5 of a 7 night cruise.  Lately, mine has come back the next day.

And "fancy" coffee drinks from Cafe Promenade, and cans of soda, and any mocktails (if you don't mind the sugar/calories, try a virgin peach daiquiri!).  Vouchers can also be used for an after-dinner espresso in the MDR.

Anyone traveling to port yet? So excited and ready to go!

Does anyone know the usual route south from Miami? Will we go west around Cuba then south?

Would like to stick with original itinerary, but will enjoy ourselves no matter where "Fiona" sends us!

It looks like we are the only ship in port all three days. See you all there!

Sounds like you're on the wrong ship. You need to cruise on over to your Roll Call thread. 😉

Hi

Just booked Odyssey with grandchildren - long time since we sailed Royal.  We usually are on Celebrity.

Was told by Crown& Anchor rep that there will be waters and plate of cookies as chef’s gift in our cabins as Diamond.  Do we need to order or is it automatic?

Is there cappuccino in the Diamond lounge?  I’m addicted. 😆.

Thanks.  We are very excited.

by the way, does anyone know how many dress up nights on a 6-day sailing?
