I went to complete the Health Assessment for our Sat. cruise and the same thing - no credits, no booked cruises, and no cruise history. Also glad we aren't the only ones!! I emailed our PVP about it for help. Must be a computer glitch.

The answer to this should be that HAL is working on the web site & that all the correct information will be restored shortly 

 

 We are missing every thing as well including the 14 night Mexico /Solar Eclipse cruise March 30 ,2024  & our 3 star Mariner point totals

I do worry because any HAL update (or new program) means even more future trouble :(.
