Anyone else getting this message this morning on website who DO have cruises booked?

Yup.  It has to be a glitch.  I saw my 5 booked cruises yesterday.

My wife and I are also experiencing the same thing - no forward bookings and no past cruises.

I went to complete the Health Assessment for our Sat. cruise and the same thing - no credits, no booked cruises, and no cruise history. Also glad we aren't the only ones!! I emailed our PVP about it for help. Must be a computer glitch.

The answer to this should be that HAL is working on the web site & that all the correct information will be restored shortly 

 

 We are missing every thing as well including the 14 night Mexico /Solar Eclipse cruise March 30 ,2024  & our 3 star Mariner point totals

Noticed the same thing.  Just checked our Seabourn account (they are part of the HAL Group and use a similar online system) and Seabourn is also not working.

Yes, our history has repopulated, but bookings didn't.  They're making progress.

If you log in, then click on Already Booked, then Manage My Bookings and enter your booking number manually, it brings up that booking.

I do worry because any HAL update (or new program) means even more future trouble :(.

I just completed the health questionnaire using Navigator, but HAL'S antiquated IT is going to "Southwest" them one of these days!

This has been happening for a long time - same thing late last year. AI-bots can and will be stupid.  Which should provide some comfort for we mere mortals.
