Thanks!  Looking at the Hilton for a two night post cruise stay. Any other tips while there would be appreciated.

ooohhhh yes! let me look back at my notes from that trip. 10/10 I would stay there again. I do remember that much.

Crystal, thanks for taking us to Turkey and reminding me of Rome calling me back again! One year before I'm back there for a cruise including Istanbul ,Egypt and Greece. Thanks for all the food pics.

Yes-where to next? Any cruises planned?

@singinalot. I enjoyed following the journey.   Thanks.  Last week we visited Sharron's family.   Her DB and SIL just got back from Turkey and shared pics.  So I got a good double dose.

Thankful you and Nate had another fun, safe adventure.

Now please start considering going on the Bella 2 cruise.   So many would love to hang out with you and Nate!

Crystal, loved this spectacular trip report with your stunning pictures and videos!!  I must say, contrary to others saying you inspire them to go visit these places themselves, I want to tag along with you!  I’d never be able to achieve the level of planning you do!!

Count me in as a tag along too!

The way @singinalot writes her trip reports, at time I actually feel like I'm  tagging along with her and Nate. At a dinner over the weekend, conversation turned to hot air ballooning and I so wanted to tell the story about the time I work up in Turkey watching the balloons rise all around me. Which of course, I only experienced here on CC.🙂

As much as I would have loved to see NYC thru your eyes, I totally understand why you will not be writing about it.  I'm sure you didn't get to enjoy it as much as you would've liked with the storms brewing.

Crystal, you set the bar very high with this one.  The sites, the sounds, the food porn, unique hotels, the links you provide, the background comments, the history, etc., etc.  are a trademark of your amazing trip reports.

One comment.  That hard boiled egg looked weird on your pizza. 🤔

Just getting caught up on your review!  I so enjoyed your pictures of Positano.  When I went in 2019, it was the only place I wanted to go to....but our excursion time was cut short due to traffic and we didn't make it.  I've contacted the same tour company again (we stop in Naples next Sept - we are there 7-7) and asked if they can take us to Positano.  They do...with a stop in Sorrento (which I've already been to) but I just want to make sure I get enough free time in Positano as it's really the only thing I MUST do this time around.  Their prices aren't bad (209 eu for just three of us or 99 EU for a group of 6-8).  But I'd also consider a private tour assuming the prices aren't too crazy.  Would you mind sharing some more info about your guide and what they charged?

ohhhh I so hope you get to go this time!

One note I would say is to skip Sorrento and force them to take you to Positano only so you have more time. I want to go back to Sorrento and spend more time and honestly trying to fit the two in the same day is just not enough!

Happy to share Carmine’s information. He is Rick Steve’s recommendation. Carmine Foggia foggiacarmine@gmail.com owns See Amalfi Coast tours. I think he’s 3rd generation of your guide? He’s truly passionate about giving an italian experience. tell him singinalot referred you!

we paid 400euros for our private day. a bit of an increase from prices in 2019, but I get it and still totally worth it 100%

Who’s ready for the solo adventures of singinalot? That’s right, changes on the horizon and in process. Next trip I’m looking at is Lisbon or Amsterdam in December. We shall see.

Thank you - We asked Italytours if they would skip Sorrento and they said they would only do it if we booked a private tour @ 209EU each.  I still have 11 months to make plans so we'll see 🙂  I'll check out Carmine though - thank you.

Oh no....I hope this is just for a vacation and not a relationship change...or if it is, I hope it's what you wanted. But yes, I am ready! Love your reviews.....and your planning.
