Hi Bill!  We are just missing you again...drats!   We board our B2B Wonder on the 29th of this month. 🙂

Hi Pat! Eventually I’ll get my Bucky Hug. 😁

We have an Allure in Dec & Mariner in April. Less cruising as I get closer to retirement. Non stop cruising after that. 😂

Yeah, your bro misses you as well.  Would have been great to see you on Wonder...eh..someday again soon hopefully.

We are first quarter world cruise on Serenade in December.  Just chillin' at home in April.  Hope you have a fantabulous cruise!  And happy "soon to be" non-stop cruising!  😄

Will be interesting to see how it all works out for the new "Crown Lounge"...though does not affect us anyway.

Next week will be my second cruise as Diamond. I enjoyed spending time in the DL for happy hour and having some cocktails and snacks pre dinner. I will be disappointed if I can no longer do that.

As you should be! If this stupid hairbrained idea by the CAS becomes policy fleetwide it will frost my stones. It won't effect us but I hate to see any CAS perk/benefit being reduced or eliminated. Keeping cutting... 🤬

There are other ways to control the overcrowding and high number of D, D+ and Ps.

Agree much ado over a high level casino cruise. ..

Better be after seeing your pics and mentions of shrimp and seeing more pics elsewhere from someone currently on Allure. I want my snacks! 😁

“As one of our top Pinnacle Club members, you and other guests in your stateroom will still have full SeaPass card access all cruise long”

Do non-PC guests in the Stateroom with a PC have suite lounge, suite sun deck and CK access?  If a PC couple books so each is booked in a cabin with a half a newbie couple, would all four have access while other PC’s are locked out?  I hope not.

If a pinnacle is selected as one of the top tier pinnacles then  YES, those sailing in the same  cabin receive the same access as well. Seems like a strange policy, as no other access or benefit, is awarded to any cabin mate  for any category.

Lol the slice of cucumber with a single shrimp on top, lol I tried them, need more shrimp per cucumber though I can just eat half the slice. Oasis has both the fried and the shrimp cocktail in a glass with the wierd sauce. Oh for some cocktail sauce lol. I get to where I cant even look at another shrimp within 2 weeks and doing 3 weeks next time.

Wj had the Louisiana style shrimp type dish that had those gumbo garlic shrimp from the Mdr the night before I liked the most. Just had had too many by then to indulge much. I'm not enough into proteins I think. I eat lots and lots of watermelon.  Lol. I'm that person in the diamond lounge getting the glass with the carrot sticks and celery.

This lowly Diamond will miss the 5-8 snacks. They always seemed like a special variety.

I am not sure if the always had snacks in the afternoon. Is that new?

I am most relived not to be kicked out of breakfast or the view of the ship from what used to be called the Viking or Constellation lounge. I guess I will be satisfied to only lose the least of 3 enjoyed benefits.

At the rate things are going, I will never be a Diamond Plus.

So this all turned out to be a casino signature cruise which meant there were much higher top tier numbers than a typical cruise.

Much ado about nothing.

So another cookiegate? I fell  for that one.

I have seen a couple types of little sandwiches and cookies, but I’m usually on longer cruises. I never went into the lounge on my recent 14 night on Jewel. So not sure if it’s standard.

I like to have access to that coffee machine in the early evening.  Like looking at the snacks too.  Funny how the access is limited because of crowding but many come on and comment on how they don't use the lounge -  weeeellll someone must be...

Hope this is just for that special event.

Not new but also not standard. I've seen cookies on most cruises in the afternoon. Sometimes mini sandwiches & such.

We have seen a nice continental breakfast on most cruises we've been on. Not sure if it's standard as we always eat breakfast in the main dining room.

I don’t think noon/afternoon snacks are standard.  Some ships put something out, others don’t, and ship policies might change over time.

Just off Oasis and the D lounge had people but not completely full.  Some nights very few.  Snacks were offered at Breakfast and Happy Hour time.  Occasionally, while getting my decaf cappuccino, some cookies were available in the afternoon.  Loved the prosciutto served in the PM hours.  One night I got a plate full and brought it to Chop's as my granddaughter loves the stuff.🤣

Me too!! I skip all the hot food and load up on prosciutto, cheese and crackers (with my wine).

At $20+ per pound it's a delicious perk.😆 The only thing that is missing are chunks of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.   However, I get it at Giovanni's meat and cheese platter.

When they used to have the Tuttie salad bar at lunch in the main dining room (pre-covid), I would go up and simply request prosciutto and feta cheese only. I would get a weird look, but they complied, and I would take it back to my table and enjoy....
