The shorter the cruise the more likely to be a "Party Cruise". Especially with the dates I would expect there to be a larger than normal younger collage age passenger load. Personally I would find a nice hotel in FLL area and relax. While I've never been on one I would expect a 3 day cruise to be very limited. Day one by the time you transfer get checked in an have a bite rooms will probably be available for use at 1-1:30 and maybe 2-3 for Luggage. My experience is the first night on any length cruise to be difficult for the restaurant staff as both the staff and passenger get used to things. If you do it I would recommend Specialty Dining for first night. You will arrive early next morning and will spend the day in port then set sail for home. Since only a 3 day cruise you will have to pack up and leave suitcases out and be out of your room by 7:30-8:00. Ugh. If you do choose to go, come back and let us know your experience as opposed to my no-experience perception.

I'm sure if they don't they will make one. I just looked and they have a Black Forrest - Grey Goose, Cherry Noir Flavored Vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liquor, Maraschino Cherry Juice, Chocolate Syrup and Whipped Cream - 13

Good to hear -- I stand corrected.

I was basing my information on a post by @Happy Cruiser 6143 on August 18 who is a very experienced single cruiser. On a slightly different double points promotion. People thought they could double dip. I was surprised I booked under the double points set of cruises in a RS for a B3B for a TA. When I saw the points I couldn't figure out why my points had dropped so much.

Agree -- I walk 10 miles a day and over 70. They wouldn't allow me on a hike around a lake in Greenland. We went on our own instead and had a wonderful day free of charge. As they say... your only as old as you feel.. .unless booking a Celebrity Tour.

Crazy.... I booked a tour in Puerto Vallarta for an outback ATV tour. No restrictions but advise against people with back problems and pregnancy to not book

I learned all about it on a cruise while in Blu. Our Assistant waiters had the responsibility to squeeze the fresh squeezed OJ and she told me how many pitchers she squeezed at 3:00 AM for each of the locations. I know on many of the ships the Suites also get fresh squeezed. Last cruise one morning mine was about 25% pulp.

What is considered vaccinated?
Jim_Iain replied to NCteacherlovescruising's topic in Celebrity Cruises
Actually I believe after October 6, that most cruises now do not require any vaccination at all unless required by a county you are visited. If unvaccinated on a cruise 10 days or longer you are required to do a home Covid test and take a picture showing date and time You can read further here https://www.celebritycruises.com/health-and-safety -
I think it is dependent on how you booked your cruise. If you booked using the Single supplement (paying two fares) you get double points. If you booked under the promotion they had earlier this year for no Single Supplement you only get one set of points.

I use an app that a Retreat Host, John Escobar, recommended called Windy. Shows projected wave height wind etc. you can also put map in motion out 5 days or so looks like you are going to have a rough ride. ponta Delgado Saturday wave heights

Agree --- there are many age restricted tours that make no sense --- especially that you can often book it on your own and they don't have an age restrictions. They also often have weight restrictions that don't make sense But....Them are the rules

Really doesn't matter - If you don't upload one they will shoot your picture either at check in or when you board the ship. 50% of the time they take our picture again even if I have it on the Sea Pass. I have a couple stock photos from previous checkins and i just use cut and paste on website checkin

Currently cruises from U.S. Ports 8 day or less do not need a covid test. Over 8 days you need a self administered test and a photo of results. You can upgrade drink package at any bar or bartender. The bartender will love you as they get a bonus for each sale. Internet can be upgraded directly from the Celebrity App or Web browser when you setup you account. As food is subjective I would try it out and then at any time you can either by a dinner package or dine adhoc.

Thanks for your thoughts on Beyond. I'm curious of one thing. Maybe its something I just haven't noticee. What is the difference between - European sized toilet paper and American style TP.

Paying for a guest outside of the Retreat to have Retreat access?
Jim_Iain replied to Ben100014's topic in Celebrity Cruises
They have a Retreat host up there and they definitely know the Suite Guests. If you aren’t recognized they ask for your Sea Pass. -
Celebrity is allowing people to outbid your MoveUp offer
Jim_Iain replied to otownfins's topic in Celebrity Cruises
Thanks for your detailed experience. I've never bid the minimum or in the 1st quartile so maybe the reason I've never seen an out bid notice. It would make sense to me that if they have 100+ passengers all bidding the minimum and with the adders are below the bids they might give an advise to jog the bids up. Of course it could also be a new strategy and methodology Celebrity and Cruise+ have instituted. Good luck on the RS and let us hear how it goes. -

There are ZERO USB outlets - Equinox has not gone through the revolution You can expect the below photo - This isn't from a Royal but if I recall the plugs are on the the counter in the Dining room. In the bedroom If I recall on the makeup desk there is a 110 and one 220 on the underside of the desk.
