I was asking for Paxlovid to bring with me on my upcoming cruise Prophylaxis basis. At the time I did not have Covid. I also had a rebound and when I was tested positive using eMed they directed me to an after test questionnaire and a prescription was set to my local drug store within 10 minutes. I was over 4 months since I had it the first time. Both cases really mild. Incredible because I always wear masks inside and 4X vaxed.

I like him. I do have to say that he does follow the rules but is always there even via email when I have a question.

I was chuckling about leaving bags behind. I have an AirTag on my carry one and it notifies me when I leave it behind. I once left my Backpack with Passport behind and didn't realize it until I got to airport. What a mess but I had to re-route myself and finally made it to Rome. I wish they had invented AirTags before that fiasco.

Thanks for the information on the COR. Some have been telling me that I had to have a Covid test 2 days prior to cruise but if I failed the COR would cover me. I often order the Cob Salad in Luinae but don't like the Pork Belly - If yo are also not fond of it, they will substitute regular bacon if requested.

Wow..I'm on a PC and photos are beautiful and loading quickly. Also just tried my iPhone and pictures loading fine.

My doctor turned me down. I have Kaiser and they are very conservative and follow rules. He said that Paxlovid was under emergency approval from the FDC which requires a positive test to prescribe. He said they do not permit off label use.

Interesting to hear. You are the first report I have read that was given Paxlovid. To me this is a positive sign.

Same here in California - If you test positive they give you Paxlovid immediately if over 65 or in a high risk group.

I've been on a number of cruises and never seen an AirPod or AirPod Pro. I will be on Summit a week from today and will let you know what I find. When on Silhouette in April they were totally sold out of all apple products. The did have new models of GoPro and JBL Over the Ear and Speakers.

As a part of rules All extension cords are prohibited. I was able to bring my own and not caught for many years but did get busted once and stopped bringing along. Too much of a hassle to go down to the naughty room and then collect at end of cruise. All you have to do is ask your cabin attendant and they will bring one and tape it down on the floor for your. The ones they provide are very heavy duty and much thicker line that the one you and I both used.

Curious as I've not seen it posted. Is the shifting to 3 days before for just those cruises under 6 days or for all cruises. If so can you point me to where it's posted?

Understand your suggestion but from experience you have two choices if required to be tested like B2B or because you are showing signs and requested to be tested. Either be tested or leave the ship. I prefer to be tested and yes I tested positive on on of 6 B2B and had to quarantine for one day and then leave the ship missing m next cruise.

I just printed mine and Luggage tags come one to a page. I like your Idea of 2 to a page that would save paper and would be more convenient.

For clarity - Perk - Is something that comes with your original booking. e.g. All Included Classic Drink package, Basic Internet, Tips and $200 OBC Amenity - This wold be the things that come with the room like Blu, Luminae and Retreat with Upper Suites - 2 bottles of Premium Spirits, Free Laundry and Unlimited Free Specialty Dining. Amenities that DO NOT come with upgrade to a Suite - upgrade to Premium Liquor Package, Upgrade to Premium Wifi or Tips if not already included. If free parking is an amenity of Concierge or above you would not get this with an upgrade.

While it sounds like you have done all the right things. One final suggestion - Do a hard reboot of you iPad. I had to do that with my iPhone and it fixed the Celebrity App

A number of threads have already posted and discussing. To be correct the news release states LESS THAN 6 days - Not 6 days or less. Celebrity has not announced yet any changes.

You pay a fee per test. You can book them all at the same time. The tests you received in the mail are acceptable but the box and the tests must not have been opened in advance. When you book you schedule a time. Normally their are test times available immediately. You may wish to plan some time as step 2 you have to go to a registration sight and upload your DL, Name and Details and they ask for insurance information but you can choose to say you don't have any. I didn't want to upload my insurance details.

I of course can't confirm since I also haven't used yet. I am planning on getting the COR on August 1. I got mine to return to the U.S. using the eMed antigen test and Celebrity has confirmed that they accept either pcr or antigen positive with a COR. I just saw that Joe Biden had a rebound positive test today and is back in isolation.

I love how consistent Celebrity is. I once was about to bid at 60 days but you have the earliest I've heard. Good luck. My experience is that unless the ship was below 60% upgrades don't get awarded until 6-15 days prior to the cruise. On one of our first cruises after resumption of sailing they started doing free upgrades from virtually everyone in a inside and ocean view to Veranda. They later started some of the paid upgrades.

I have an appointment on Friday August 5. You can have multiple tests at the same time but the confirmation Zoom Invited says limited to 4 tests. I guess you would have to make 2 appointments. Warning - I had a problem with my first booking and the Zoom invite never arrived. I waited 2 hours for an online chat and given a link to schedule - it didn't work and they couldn't help me. I eventually had to dispute it on CC and start from scratch again. Second time worked perfect. Unlike eMed if you have a problem forget being able to contact customer support. They are just overwhelmed. I have eMed tests as backup. I'll post my experience. I've talked to 1/2 dozen by private email and their experiences have all been positive.

Nahhh.. bid on the PH. We have won 2 PH upgrades due to someone testing positive last minute. On our last cruise in a RS Iain said this feels small... I laughed and said Yea.... it's not the PH.
